Cooling for Less was wonderful to work with! We were in the market for a new AC unit, and the rep who came to our home was very knowledgeable and understanding, without being pushy. He helped us understand what we needed without pushing a bigger-than-necessary unit on us. When we ultimately decided to go with them (because their price with installation was amazing), they were out the next day. Great experience with Cooling for Less. I was a renter getting ready to buy my place and wanted my 33 year old AC replaced. The owner solicited quotes from Cooling for Less.They worked with both me (the renter and soon-to-be owner) and my landlord (the current owner) seamlessly. They kept track of things... the current owner was buying the AC but the warranty would need to be in my name. They recommended waiting to register it to avoid a transfer fee, which I appreciated.

We selected a Trane unit. They were communicative and always on time. They were courteous and professional. They had good prices. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very mindful of my cats, as well.

It was no hassle at all, and that surprised me. They kept track of everything... the little things and the exceptional service make all the difference! I was very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them.

We had our 2 AC unit replaced. I gotta say Cooling for less staff are amazing, they have lots of patience from customer like me. They beat the price on all 5 HVAC contractors estimates. The two installers did an awesome job and answers all our questions. I wish I remember their name. We been with this company for couple of years and still satisfied with their awesome service. Last month my AC was on the fritz. The cost of fixing it was almost as much as buying a new one so I began to shop around. I had several sales reps from different AC companies in my home to discuss various units, features of each unit and pricing. The sales rep from Cooling For Less was the only rep who asked me what my needs were, the type of unit I was looking for and expectations so I went with Cooling For Less. A few days later a team of guys showed up in the morning and by the end of the afternoon I had a new unit up and running. Cooling For Less also helped me with a new/larger AC Unit pad and a new/more efficient return air intake frame inside my house. Five Stars for me. Now, the true litmus test will be how reliable my new unit holds up and how reliable of service Cooling For Less will be over these next few years? I am positive both of these needs will be met. We contacted them and within a couple of days a representative came out and reviewed our current system and was able to advice us on a new one. We agreed and set up a time to have it installed. They were here right on time and did a excellent job on the installation. They have good prices on their products and very a professional staff. Would recommend to anyone. I can't say enough good things about Cooling for Less! I won't be using anyone but them in the future. I feel that A/C repair companies are like auto mechanics. Once you find a good / trustworthy one you stick with them and let as many friends know as you can.

After attempting a DIY mini-split install I had some leaks in the line that I could not fix myself. I called the company my wife has used in the past on our main A/C unit and they didn't even want to come out to take a look at the problem. Next I had one of the 'oldest and biggest' companies in the valley come out (the one you see on TV all the time) and they gave me a quote out of a binder that was more than what I paid for the unit itself! I then went to social media for help and a friend of mine recommended these guys.

From the first call they were nothing, but professional and courteous. Mark came out the next day and assessed the situation and gave me a quote that was more than three times less than the other guys! Within a couple hours the job had been completed and everything worked like a charm.

Great value. Everyone in the company (from the estimator, the installers, and the phone support) was extremely helpful. They kept me updated with texts and phone calls on the day of and worked with my schedule. Got an estimate for replacing my 30 year old unit and they installed the new one the next day.

Had an ancient package (roof) heat pump that needed replacing. Got one bid to repair that was not worth doing and one to replace it from another company that i have used before. Cooling For Less (800coolingaz) had a much better deal advertise on their website that was what i needed (3700 for new 3 ton 14seer), so i gave them a call to get a bid. Frank came out and confirmed that price, there were no BS add on costs. I paid 3700 out the door. Already called them again to do a smaller ducting job in a remodel i am working on.

I am very pleased with the service I received. Frank used professional equipment to analyze the home size and the quality of insulation, presented my equipment options clearly and the installation was done promptly. I would highly recommend Cooling for Less.

Happy 4th of July; if you ever experience no Air Conditioning service during Arizona's high heat, you will understand my review of AC for Less. I've only had to call upon AC for Less one other time for something that turned out nothing; the unit we purchased from them working like a GEM; BUT on July 3rd, 2019; called the AC for Less after hours; whom I purchased my unit from and installed, because we had NO air conditioning as of 6:00 pm. It stopped working. I was contacted by Larry at 10:00 pm. Now all keep in mind this is a Holiday weekend. my customer service expectations were low. But Larry called and had someone here by 11:30 this morning Derrick, great communication and showed such integrity to make sure the resolution was permanent. After a very thorough review of our system, resolution was within a couple of hours and so thankful for my Air Conditioner so remaining of this 4th of July can be enjoyed. We were so HOT and exhausted from the overnight, but SO THANKFUL...THANK YOU LARRY, service Beyond my expectations!
