I highly recommend this company due to the actual integrity of their practices. In the past I've used them for service, an issue came up with a part that failed & they took care (read at no additional cost) of it no questions asked. I recently got quotes on a new a/c unit & they were by far the most reasonably priced & even adjusted the price when an option they recommended wasn't feasible. I would definitely choose Integrity Air Conditioning & Heating L.L.C again!

Summer in Phoenix - of course the AC goes out in June! Integrity installed the AC and always gets my vote for service and maintenance. They come when they are scheduled and get the cooling back on fast. Five stars for schedule, price, and quality.

This company has installed my second HVAC system. I used them 10 years ago for the upstairs unit and now for the downstairs unit. It is so nice to have the same company around to apply such great service again. Highly recommended

Amazing job by the whole team at Integrity. We had 5 technicians tackle a very complex project and completed the work in 2 days. New ducts, new AC, moving lines to the other side of the house. Very experienced workers who did what we asked them to do. They had great ideas for the best system and how to best maximize efficiency of the systems. We are so glad that we chose Integrity AC. I would recommend them to anyone.

Integrity Air installed and has been maintaining our two Lennox systems since installation. We are consistently impressed NY the professionalism and knowledge of their team. Johnny is the technician who does the annual maintenance on our system and completed the one warranty repair that was needed. He is the best!

Usually Integrity Air is exceptional, this time fell below what I have come to expect from them.
The tech wanted to go through the house (it's a two story) to get to the roof. Then after doing the check he didn't leave a receipt nor did he explain what he did or what any future problems might be.
