We purchased our two Trane units 6-months ago and just had our initial maintenance service. I’ve got to say the entire team is incredible from Sales To Installation and now Maintenance. Jay and 1-800 Cooling went above and beyond during our AC install. After 4 tries with our home warranty, Jay and 1-800 Cooling showed up on time ready to work. They were able to diagnose what we needed on a Monday and have it installed on Wednesday! Thanks Jay for a great experience and I’ll recommend you and 1-800 Cooling to everyone for AC needs!

Amazing Company, Kyle, Armando and Ian were on top of the whole show, From inspecting the problem we were having, to finding the best unit at the best affordable price and installing within 48 hrs. During the coldest week of the year in Phoenix Arizona. This is a second time we have Purchased from this company. We highly recommend them.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. We had our home warranty contact this company due to an emergency with our AC. They were not able to get our AC fixed for 10 days. They neglected to call us with updates on progress and did not respond to email or phone calls to their office. They damaged our property installing the new air handler and have not called us to fix it. Neither my wife nor I signed any contact or paperwork stating that they had permission to remove any part of our property to install the equipment, yet they did anyway and damaged our garage when doing so. I am completely appalled by this service and neglect. I will be contacting the BBB to report their negligence. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Signed up for the yearly maintenance with Lee’s and am very happy with the service. Found out our new house had some settings set wrong on our heater that were found by Pao. He is very professional, knowledgeable and explains everything so we can understand. Would definitely recommend Lee’s to anyone looking for Air and Heating services.

The Sole Bright Spot in a tough situation.

Honestly having your AC go out in the middle of the summer, with a pregnant wife during one of the highest periods of inflation in my lifetime... is a bummer to say the least.

These guys (Ian was the tech who helped me) are absolute pros. Due to financial constraints I had to get 8 different quotes. Every other company either tried to bend me over a barrel (over $2500 more for the same equipment from multiple of the big local guys) or was just not professional ( showed up late, seemed inexperienced...). This was by far the company that earned my trust the most. Great communicators, fair prices, and on top of knowing what they are doing, they actually cared about my family/situation. They even offered to drop off a mobile AC unit to help my pregnant wife stay cool before we even signed the contract.

No one came close in terms or customer service, price and professionalism.

I would recommend this company to anyone that wants a fair price from a knowledgeable company that cares about its customers.

I hired Lees Air and plumbing to install a mini split AC unit for my garage and definitely happy I chose them. Ian came out to give me an estimate and was knowledgable and very thorough and confident. I ended up signing up on the spot.
Armando came out and installed the unit a few days later and was also awesome. Very professional install and I am very happy that I chose them! Thanks guys!

I’ve bought 2 HVAC units from this company I’ve rather past 10 years and they’re great. What I love most is their prices crush the competition, and that they were able to complete the install the same week as the estimate. They are a smaller company and don’t have the customer service reps standing by like bigger/more expensive companies, so don’t expect world class service, but the service they provide is adequate and they’re always friendly and honest. That’s worth it for me to have to follow up with them a couple times, when ideally they’d be following up with me. Overall and great company worth your business.

Ian, our service rep, was great! Professional, friendly & easy going manner; answered all our questions with patience. Returned the next day for a quick repair and offered recommendations which we are considering.

1800cooling AC co. was very good to work with. It was going to cost me about $3100. To buy it and have it delivered to my drive way. Plus, I would need to buy a new jack. And the crane was $100. The elbow would have been close enough to work. But for $4250. Complete, including a new Jack & elbow. I was very satisfied with their work. And there was no extra charge for me watching every little thing they did & putting in my two cents.I would recommend them to my family. 11/2018
