With this being the hottest May and beginning of June on record, I know this company is incredibly busy...they were very accommodating and professional on the phone and did their absolute best to get us on the schedule. Freddy was on time, courteous and fixed our issue within minutes. He deserves a cape in my opinion!! Thank you so much!!

Called the AC company builder suggested, couldn't make it out for 2 days. Called 1 800 cooling they sent someone out in less than 2 hours. It was 110 degree heat that day. Was very impressed with guy who came out. He explained what part had to be replaced even showed us that the old one wasn't working. Great service. Will use them if I ever need someone to work on my unit.

My AC died on a Friday night during the summer. I called 1 800 Cooling on Saturday morning and they came out right away. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. My AC was working by noon that same day. They were fantastic!
