We purchased our air conditioning unit at 1 800 Cooling after an extensive search for quality and service at the best price. We are extremely pleased with the excellent service we have received. Carol is a valued asset to the company. When calling. you will reach Carol as your first contact. She is knowledgeable, very accommodating and so friendly. Carol set a service appointment for the same day we called so we would have no discomfort during the extreme temperatures. That is quality service! The entire team is top notch. 1 800 Cooling is most definitely a 5 Star company. I highly recommend this company.

This company has been excellent! My most recent experience with having my periodic maintenance was perfect. Gabriel was courteous, personable and professional. I highly recommend their systems and maintenance program.

I have simple AC knowledge from a past life and I determined it was a transformer issue because I had no power to my thermostat, 2 friends recommended 1800 Cooling. One friend had a total system replacement and the other had similar issues as myself. The office staff is friendly, knowledgeable and the Tech Mark was extremely knowledgeable also, 15+ years experience. He stated it was a transformer, replaced it, didn’t work still and determined it was the transformer that burned out the motherboard and replaced it also. No pressure sales no smoke and mirrors!! It was relieving that you didn’t get that “car salesman” feeling where they were going to try and hammer you into an apocalypse AC disaster. Straight, honest, quick fixing and reasonable price to fix our 23 yr old system. Will be utilizing their services when this old

Previous installer had installed the condensation piping incorrectly and resulted in water damage for my home. Armando identified the problem and had a solution proposed within a few minutes.

So...after a little bit of confusion between our home warranty company and 1800cooling. Inc. we finally got a A/C technician out to the house Monday. 2-days after reporting the problem. I'm not sure what took so long but the story does have a happy ending. The tech they sent out was Rudy and we can't say enough good things about him. A true pro who diagnosed the problem right away and walked us through every step of the repair process. On top of being a really nice guy he went above and beyond to ensure our A/C was working properly before he finished the job. We were very frustrated that it took a few days to get someone out to diagnose the problem...but Rudy was a savior and deserves all the credit for our satisfaction with 1800cooling, Inc. Thanks again Rudy! You are an asset to the company. 5 stars for you buddy!! If / when you can get them to come out to check your A/C system be sure to ask for Rudy.

I have to say all the staff has been excellent with responding to our calls after the install 3 weeks ago. We had an area that didn't get wrapped completely (outside connection), an issue with the house getting too hot (for us) in the hours before coming home (83 but not like outside temps) and the NEST thermostats can take some getting used too (learning thermostat). Eash time I called they were very receptive and wanted to help. Best prices for Goodman units in the valley. I got like 10 quotes before going with them. Carol, John, Mark and Gerry have all been great!

One of the worst experiences after sweet talk into buying A/C ( Lenox) from them. Super hight repair cost and 0 customer support. Do not make same mistake as me!!!

Finally, after weeks of dealing with my home warranty (and ineffective ac with 110 degrees outside), 800 Cooling and Jay came out to my place and he took care of everything. Diagnosed the issue, made sure the right parts were ordered, and got everything turned around quickly. Also, they communicated with me on a regular basis so I stayed in the loop. They, and Jay, were great!

They are me go to AC service provider. The prices are good and the technicians have always been very professional and competent. So far in the last 2-3 years i have purchased 2 AC units installed from them and had some some duct work done and just now are replacing a blown fan motor on a unit (unit came with property) I have been happy every time.
