Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating

Our air conditioning units had multiple areas of failure and were past due for replacement. We had previously used Lee's for urgent AC repairs over the last four years and had been very satisfied with their prompt service. We therefore contacted Lee's for our new air conditioning needs. We decided to go with switching everything to electric given that we plan on obtaining solar panels in the future, which included switching to a heat pump. They were very transparent in regards to the pricing. They estimated for the work to be done after four days and the work was completed and fully inspected within that time frame. Very satisfied in regards to working with us to fit our needs and our preferences. Think they are offering high quality products and therefore from that aspect it will be more expensive especially when changing everything over. Lee's has been very reliable overall and again have been very satisfied with their customer service. Thank you!

Orlando was super helpful and took the time, quality time, over just trying to get to the next appointment. He explained all the options, what needs to be done, what could be done, and what should be done in terms even I could understand. He was thorough, even checking the attic.

Good customer service is important, but quality service is even more important. Cannot ask for more, even offered to help with cooling options while we wait for parts...

Francisco was awesome! He showed up and was professional from the moment he shook our hands, to walking us through our estimates with pictures. We were offered different plans and were super pleased with the pricing. Less than 2 hours later our AC was working.

Lee's Technician Orlando and his coworker were simply the best. Their professional demeanor by entering my home and dropping towels and cleaning their shoes during a rain storm was the start of how they came to repair my heating system and install an updated thermostat. They took the time to explain each step in the process and patiently helped me install my thermostat app on my phone with all the professionalism any customer would appreciate. My home is now cozy and and. I look forward to maintaining my HVAC system with Lee's professional and friendly service technicians.

Let me tell you about the plumber Dustin M from Lee's, he did a phenomenal job, he ensure there where no leaks in my water heater before leaving. He is an outstanding person. I would highly recommend asking for Dustin for any of your plumbing needs.

Eric was great. He was fast on finding the issue and repairs. He was in and out less than an hour. He knew we were leaving for our wedding dinner and he went to work. The customer service rep that took our call was great as well. Loved the text message of when Eric was heading to our house with his picture. Thank you Lees!!!!

An excellent experience! We’ve had Lee’s replace our water heater already and had Matt Bilodeau come out today to look at our air conditioning system. He did great at showing me everything and explained everything super well, as well as giving us all of our options! I look forward to working with Lee’s and Matt more in the future! I recommend them to anyone needing help from a great company!

Tom Crase was excellent. Professional, personable, hardworking, took time to explain everything. Did what was immediately necessary but also explained full status of system. No pressure, but let us know what was going on. Highly recommend him. Lee’s you’ve got a great asset in him.

Edwin was outstanding. Super polite and competent. Easily diagnosed and fixed the problem at 7:00 at night. I appreciate that. I don’t use Comfort Now because they fix things. Anyone can do that. I use them (They replaced my AC system 4 years ago) because I’ve never had a tech that was anything less than a professional. I can have them out when I’m at work and not worry about them around my family. You can’t say that about many businesses anymore.

Mathew came in and was prompt and professional. He was able to determine the problem quickly and offered different options. He was friendly and responsive, even making my dog feel secure. I would recommend!
