AZ Perfect Comfort

John (the owner) is a constant fixture in our Cave Creek / Carefree community. So when we needed to service our A/C unit, we gave them a call. He didn't know we were calling and I didn't tell his office we own Tech 4 Life computers so we called about service just as anyone would.
They were SUPER responsive! We were trying to schedule at the end of May so I expected July or later for an appointment. They were on site 4 days later!
The tech was professional, knowledgeable and EARLY for the appointment. In fact, they had an earlier appointment move and the office called to see if it was OK to come earlier.
Their annual maintenance agreement is VERY affordable and they included this visit in it. Plus they have a discount on any additional labor should we need it.
Lastly, we are in Tonto Hills, which is past Desert Mountain on Cave Creek Road. Many folks don' t service us or don't service our neighborhood well. AC Perfect Comfort does!
I also appreciate that John and his wife Robin are both veterans and their kids work with them in the business.

AC Technician Tim Stockton is excellent. Very professional and thorough. Took the time to explain everything to us and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend him.

HVAC unit was running fine but it used to make some kind of screeching noise so I scheduled appointment for tune up. Service guy came said there was imbalance pressure, need to refill freon. For that he charged me 429$ and said there will be another repair suggested which is pressure switch. He said For pressure switch repair some one will be calling and gives me estimation. Lady from office called me and said it is going to be 1500$ to install that part. Seriously they are trying to get as much, they are not honest at all. I would not recommend this company at all.

Fred is the best! This is our new a/c company! First hot day & when we flipped to a/c our units were blowing heat. He figured out the problem was our thermostat and NOT our system. Suggested we buy an Ecobee to replace our Nest thermostats. Gave my husband a few tips before he left & hubby installed that afternoon. Didnt try to up sell or overcharge. Love this company!

They say veteran owned but when it comes to service wise they are not professional at all, the guy came for service called another person and checked for the alternative opinion. He was not sure what to do at the time of service. And he charged more than 400 bucks and said my HVAC is not in good shape. When i checked with other provider on the same day he said he can fix it for 150$.

Dan came to check to see why cold air was blowing in from one of my vents. He gave me information on what to do with that long run that it would take a roofer to help me. I appreciated his honesty. He was very prompt, very friendly, and installed my new filter for me. I give him a five star rating.

Fred, Cesar and Andrew did our install. AZ Perfect system was so accommodating to a current failed HVAC system...they worked with us to find a replacement system and was able to install it the next day. The guys were very professional, informative and got our new units installed and up and running efficiently within the day. Robin, one of the owners, even showed up to check on the progress. It's that type of small business customer service that will keep you loyal to a company! I would highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort for all your needs.

Fred and his team are absolutely awesome! Our daughter had used AZ Perfect Comfort to replace her AC and recommended them to us. We got 3 different quotes and out of everyone that came to provide the quote, Fred was the one that provided the most information and spent the most time with us. He is very professional and will tell you straight out that he is not trying to sell you anything you do not need.
