Review and update... owner came by on Sunday, early in the morning, and fixed the AC unit in 15 minutes, something about a capacitor. HE didnt need to. Apparently, even though we have home warranty, the insurance only pays for normal business hours, so sunday was definitely not normal hours.
It seemed that the weekend person hadnt arrived at my calls so no one knew about my problem.
Once all the messages were written and reviewed, my problem with the AC was fixed less than 24 hrs later.
I'm very thankful since my 9 month old baby was able to sleep through the night.

The technicians who came out were really kind and so helpful. They also worked really well with our home warranty company to get us the equipment we needed to get our house cooled down and comfortable for our family.

I had them install 2 new systems at my home and I couldn't have been more happy. They were absolutely amazing. No complaints whatsoever. They wore little bootys to protect our home and left it immaculate. The worked great with us having the dog in the home and were very trustworthy, honest, and on time.

Home Warranty technicians came out after going without air 5 days and and said they found the problem and fixed it. And then two hours after they left warm air is blowing through air vents again. Excellent service and Veteran owned. The technician went above and beyond the job. I have a new AC unit but he installed the Nexia wifi thermostat. While installing he identified a major wiring issued left by the previous guys. He fixed the issue, installed the thermostat and everything has been running smoothly ever since. I highly recommend this company and upgrading to the Nexia thermostat.
