First let me start with the customer service...top notch the entire time! From setting the appointment to confirming the appointment to the arrival of the technician, their process is extremely professional. I was in the process of selling my condo and the buyers realtor wanted me to add a $750 allowance for an issue the inspector flagged. I called AZ Perfect Comfort and the repair was an easy fix that saved me over $600. Honesty and integrity are the name of the game with this company.

Called them to get a second opinion on a job that didn’t seem right. They promptly came out and saved me a ton on money by showing me the repairs weren’t needed. When my second ac unit goes out I will be calling AZ Perfect Comfort to come and replace it.

The entire crew is awesome from owner Robin to Fred the Ops Manager as well as Stacy in the office. Also, installers were extremely friendly and worked their butts off to ensure we got our A/C done quickly. I wont work with another HVAC company in the future as Perfect Comfort stands by their name.

First, let me start off by saying I am shocked by the number of positive reviews for this place. Dealing with this company has been a horrendous process since day one. Stacy, the admin person, is extremely rude and greatly lacks professionalism. I had to deal with her trying to aggressively sell me a new unit multiple times before she finally got the clue to stop pressuring me. My unit is 5 years old, yet she told me it was subpar and old and I should just replace it. She didn't even know how old it was when she was telling me it's old. When I told her it was 5 years old, she changed what she said to "it's middle aged." The technicians that came out told me that it's a good name, not "old" or "middle aged." I was told by the technicians that 15-20 years old is what qualifies as an older unit. Stacy has her aggressive sales tactics that she will use to try to convince you that you have no other choice but to replace your unit. Don't fall for it! I feel so bad for all the elderly/naive people that have probably believed her lies. She is on commission and will do anything to convince you to buy a new AC out of pocket and avoid the home warranty company. Every interaction I've had with Stacy has been difficult. We have been trying to use our home warranty to get the costs of the repairs covered, but her poor communication has caused several delays. The repairs should be covered under our policy, but, we decided to hire another contractor to do the job because we are so frustrated with waiting on this company to follow the protocol requirements by the home warranty. It is clear to me that this company only works with the home warranty companies in order to try to make sales and convince their customers that it's useless to use the home warranty. They tried to sell me a new, bigger unit, a "better" brand unit, insulation, etc... All I needed was one tiny part!! So glad we went Matt over at Desert Diamond Mechanical! He was able to come out and get it fixed within an hour!

AZ Perfect Comfort provided us with wonderful service! The service tech, Terry, was very professional, knowledgeable and addressed our questions! I would highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort for all of your HVAC needs -- great group of business professionals! They say, "You deserve to be comfortable!" And, they mean it!

Words are not enough to express how thankful I am that I found AZ Perfect Comfort. Since I moved to AZ 6 years ago, one of my biggest complains is the lack of great customer service. I spoke with a rep at AZ Perfect, she answered the phone at the second ring, she had great attitude, and she was able to scheduled me for service right away. The day of the estimate and installation of A/C unit for my garage. Fred and his team were right on time. Even my wife called me to express her satisfaction. I would highly recommend them, they are the best in Arizona!!!

This was an awesome experience. Robin responded immediately to my email inquiry, checked the warranty status, quoted the best price for work to be done, and followed up to find out if I'd made a decision. Then, she responded promptly to my email, ordered the work and the correct parts.
The technician, Terry, was prompt, courteous, efficient and had my furnace up and running in no time. Very impressed with Temperature Pro would highly recommend them!

Everyone is amazing to work with. Great customer service, even after the job was completed. We needed a new unit and being 9 months pregnant with a crazy toddler, they made me a priority. I couldn't be more lucky to have found such a great company. Fred was the only person (out of 3 other techs) that actually took pictures and showed me what was wrong with our unit/duct work. Very honest and reliable!
