My A/C went out last night after business hours, called the office and left message figuring I would have to call back in the morning when office was open - 10 minutes after leaving message, I received a call back from AZ PerfectComfort from a very friendly and helpful dispatcher (sorry, I didn't catch her name) & she got me scheduled for 1st thing in the morning. James, my technician showed up on time and had my system up and running quickly! Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and punctual! AZ PerfectComfort is now my goto company for any future service/repairs and I will HIGHLY recommend this company to friends and neighbors for thier A/C needs. From the first call to AZ Perfect Comfort (I was referred to them by a plumbing company) I was impressed with the professional way Jana responded to my questions and scheduled the work. Technician Raymond arrived within the time promised and did a superb job of inspecting the ducting thru the attic and vacuuming loose lint. He did a thorough inspection of the duct and reported that a full cleaning was not necessary at this time. AZ Perfect Comfort is a great company, and I couldn't be happier with their services. They've been servicing my A/C for a couple of years, and when I finally needed a new unit, they replaced it at a very fair price with a great service contract included, and their employees were friendly, professional and on time.

I really love AZ Perfect Comfort, they have the best service compares to some other companies. Our AC had issue on the Labor day weekend, I called them on early in the morning on the Labor Day (at 7AM) and James arrived after 1 hour and fixed all the issue within 15 mins and explained to me all the details. I highly recommend to use them if you have any AC related issue.

AZ Perfect has taken incredible care of my AC issues and maintenance. They are super responsive and professional.
