The installer did not install a thermostat that had a common wire which our unit required and also left some wire not connected or connected inappropriately. The was discovered after we found the heater was not working even after the installer came back out to fix the issue - he was not able to fix the issue and eventually told us to contact a different company refusing to come back out. After calling a new company an appropriate thermostat was installed, wires were connected appropriate and the unit is working as it should.

I shopped around for an annual service check for our heat pump split system. Liked the company philosophy of service to their customers. KJ's could come that day. Leonard was early, too. Polite and knowledgeable, he spent about 90 minutes going through the check points explaining all the readings. I am well satisfied with the service and fair pricing.

I wish I could leave negative stars!!!! I have NEVER in my life experienced such unprofessionalism and complete disregard for someone. My AC went out yesterday, I called and requested service. I was initially advised that I would be serviced between 1-3 pm, that turned into after 4. After 4 as you can guess turned into never. We called and called and called and kept receiving an answering service that subcontracts them. Kept getting the same information “We will send the information to dispatch”. It is now 8pm, your office is clearly closed. My house is a few degrees short of 100 degrees and your office is now closed without so much as a message informing us that someone couldn’t make it tonight. No NOTHING. This is extremely disappointing and the fact that the owner of this company was sent our information directly multiple times before closing and didn’t even bother to reach out makes it worse. My children have to sleep in 100 degree whether because you couldn’t do something so simple and communicate!!!!!

I have absolutely no idea how this company is still in business. A work order was submitted to have a technician come out to my unit between 2-4 pm. At 4:30 I called because he didn't show up and he had gone to the wrong address. For some reason they didn't consider it important to check what unit they were working on. Then, once they do show up they have no masks or gloves on and enter my apartment. Only to then say that nothing is wrong.

However, when it is 84 degrees and humid in my apartment and my AC is set to 77, it suggests that something is indeed wrong when you consider it is only 85 outside at night and in the early morning. So they send another technician who also says that he can't find anything wrong. He requests pictures of the thermostat showing the difference of temperature, which I provide. They then say it's an insulation issue. That is impossible though because I have lived in this unit through 2 summers already and have had no issues. My neighbors are also experiencing no issues with their temperatures.

Edit to respond to owner: You did not reach out to my management company when you saw the address did not match, I had to call you myself and tell you they didn't show up. Only then did you say someone would be on their way. I never received any phone call signifying a delay due your reps realizing they went to the wrong location. The fact that you would lie about this matter further highlights the issues that your company has.

You also never addressed the fact that you could not resolve my issue. Another company was brought out and the rep actually listened to me and was able to solve the problem! It was a connection issue like I had suggested multiple times which is why "nothing looked wrong" to your reps. Instead, your first rep chose to remove freon, and the second one said there was nothing that can be done.

Had new central air installed. It was an attic installation. Had to remove old furnace and air. They installed a new Day and Night 3.5 16 seer air and 90000 btu gas furnace along with an air scrubber. Everything is working great and the installers really knew their stuff. Left everything clean. I would recommend them if you need new air. You won't be disappointed.

I called KJ's Cooling and Heating this morning, they were very friendly when I called AND they had a technician to my home the same day. Brent explained to me what had happened with my a/c unit and was able to fix it the same day. I am finally with A/C again!!! The service was great, the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

KJ's Cooling and Heating came as a recommendation. When our AC went out, I contacted Brett and he had his staff send out Treno the next morning. Treno was professional, and got the AC unit back up and running. This has been the hottest summer ever in Phoenix and these guys didn't miss a beat. I found them to be trustworthy, respectful and very professional as they were with my neighbors a couple months ago.

I got a Technitian named Lenard(I guess that's the way his name write) He was so profesional and taked almost all morning to fing the root of my problem. I apreciate you still have Technitian like him that takes the time to solve the issue.
