Waited 365 days to leave review. Lee's answered and responded quickly. Came out immediately and made a diagnosis: my unit was too old to repair. Needed a new unit with a rough estimate of 4500 but needed a sales person to get the exact quote. Called Mr cool and they offered to get it going that day with a 500 generic part that may not last or the exact part that would take a few days for 750. Went the 750 route and we're still working.

$1700 to clearn my AC and add 2 lb of antifreeze is a little high. Unless that the going rate with all the AC repair right now. Nothing against them but it was $800+ to clearn the AC. The guy told me he will not be able to tell me what is wrong with it unless he clearn it. That's $800+. In my mind, do I paid the $100 and call someone else to see if it's cheaper? $800 is a lot of money for 10 minutes work, but he say the chemicals cost money. So I went with it. After it's clearn. I'm $900 in the work. The bad news is my AC is leaking. Will cost $5000 to $7000 to fix it. Or $30000 for a new one. But it's out of antifreeze and it will be $350+ per pound. So I added 2 lb, that's how my total was $1700. Just putting some # out there to see if that's too high or it's the going rate. So $9000 to fix or $30000 for a new unit. Remember I bought this for less than $7000 20 to 25 years ago.

We have used Lee’s Air for several years now. We buy their annual service plan and have been very pleased. The techs have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful of property. Most recently we had a technician Paul M who was amazing!

Lee's is great! I had a great experience with calling in to schedule an AC tuneup, the follow-up reminders of the appointment and ease of communication bia txt, and Jesse was really great when he arrived. He was very respectful of the property, and a great personality. He explained everything very well, and their process of photo documentation was superb. The price is very reasonable. I'm looking forward to more great experiences from Lee's as we look into other service needs. They also have a membership for maintenance which is a great savings.

Paul was my service technician and he was awesome! Very thorough and took the time to explain to me (and show me) how my system worked and what needed attention. Highly recommend Lees and Paul.

Outstanding service!! Technician Yee Yang came to repair our HVAC system and did an outstanding job!!! He was incredibly professional, courteous, honest and knowledgeable!! He provided exceptional service and we are now loyal customers!! We will only call Lee’s Air from here on out!!

We had a back up in our bathroom drain that turned out to be a major repair. Old house that had some weird plumbing done years ago and Lees was able to figure it our and get the issue fixed. The crews that came our were friendly, professional. They were on time, sent us notices when they were on there way. Five star all the way. By the way, we called two others before calling Lees (Gary's and Mr. Rooter) and never got a call back. We would recommend Lees without hesitation.

Jesse Gomez and his associate were a life saver. I had to shut the water off to my house because my shower faucet broke. Jesse re- arranged his schedule to fit me in and I was very grateful. These guys were friendly, fast, and efficient. I will definitely call them for future projects and I highly recommend them. Thank You!!
