First big heat wave of the year took out our AC capacitor. They were open on a National Federal Holiday, we able to provide service EARLY, quickly, and exactly as described. They even waited around while I had to call my Home Owners insurance company and explained what they were doing so that we could get it all covered.
Our technician Christopher was professional, polite and worked quickly.
Payment was easy and done via a tablet.
They helped us out when all the other places we called were closed, or not available for days - weeks. Thanks Lee's!

Jesus came within the time frame I was given when making my apt. He located the issue and provided me with the cost of the repairs. Jesus got the part needed to fix my AC and worked hard in getting it completed. After he finished he reviewed the temperature to ensure it was cooling down. Our AC is working again and our home is cooler. So grateful for his professionalism and information. Jesus let me know of a membership program with Lee’s where I can get my AC & Heater checked on. Very happy with the entire experience with Lee’s Air & Plumbing, they have a great method to follow-up with homeowners and setting up apts. Great company and great employees who want to help!

I never take the time to write reviews either good or bad. However, Lee's went above and beyond and I just had to share. The customer service from start to finish and after is amazing. Just when I started to think customer service didn't exist anymore. Ebert came along. He was polite, informative, and genuinely caring. I asked a lot of questions even after the install. He never made me feel like I was bugging, which I probably was. He and another tech installed our tankless water heater, gas line, and drain upgrade. He also noticed our faucet was leaking and took the initiative of replacing it for us. THANK YOU!! We signed up for there club advantage and started saving right away. David came to service our heater and he was great as well. Even over the phone, the gal I spoke to was pleasant. We're definitely Happy customers that will continue to use Lee's.

Chris explained what he recommended to maintain my HVAC. The motor that I needed to be replaced was already in his work vehicle. Installation was smooth with Chris using a cloth work area blanket to protect my tile floors.
I am very satisfied with this company and signed up for their annual maintenance plan.

Mr. Yang came out to get the heater working and said we wired the thermostat wrong causing several fuses to blow. Therefore the repairs could be anywhere from $700 to $2000. I already new the AC to be working just needed some heat. So we paid him the 100 diagnostic fee and sent him away, great choice. When American Sheetmetal came out they cleaned the system and said the wiring checked out, the roof unit had a pressure switch that needed to be pressed. That fixed the problem making our unit heat again. He left me with some great advise and a $95 bill and a clean air filter. I would have called American Sheetmetal first had I knew this was going to happen 😳. I had a card for Lee's so I called them first, a family member recommended American Sheetmetal. 👍😃

Luis was great listening to all of my concerns as this would be a 3rd compression pump on my newer unit. Obviously something is wrong with my unit and I am seeking that it be replaced with a new one. Luis made sure I would have portable units delivered today and was even willing to deliver them himself if needed. Jose delivered them and set them up quickly. I will update this post as I find out the outcome.

Luis was outstanding. He showed up when he said he would. He wore the proper PPE put on shoe coverings when he came inside. He explain what he was going to do and then explained what he had done and how my system was working. On time, courteous, did great work what more could you ask for. They are a “10”.

I received a call telling me our tech would be arriving at a general time, then received another from the tech narrowing it down to the next 15 minutes. I received a picture of the tech in advance of his arrival. When he arrived he put booties on his feet and came in the house. He was professional and kept me advised about what he would be doing, and when he was finished he cleaned up, told me everything looked great, and had me sign the invoice.
We bought a new system from Lee’s last summer: we couldn’t be happier with the product and the service.
