The serviceman was timely, friendly, respectful and seemed very knowledgeable. However, the reason for my lower rating is because the quotes we received from Lee’s for a proactive fix were absolutely ridiculous. We factored in how hard it is to get parts and labor right now and they were still waaaaaaay over-priced. They were obviously trying to push us into doing more than the one thing that needs to be watched/fixed.

My overall experience was great! Everyone was nice and professional and my repair was completed efficiently.
Sean, our repairman, was knowledgeable and quick. The team was fast too! Set the appointment yesterday with the office team and my new water heater was installed before 3pm the next day.
I am new to the Fresno area and this was a great experience with Lee’s. I will definitely call them back if I ever need anything.

Our family has used Lee's for years and we have always been satisfied with the services they provide. I had originally posted a bad review because I was not satisfied with a previous service. I didn't feel as if the person who came out explained what was wrong with my sink and toilet. Rather than telling me what the issue was, he automatically suggested that I purchase a new faucet and toilet. I felt like it was just a sales pitch and he wanted to get out quickly so that he could finish off his day. He wasn't very professional and didn't seem to have any proper customer service manners.
After I wrote my review, I appreciated the fact that the manager Ben personally called along with two schedulers to try to reschedule, come out to my house, and make things better. I was issued a refund for my originally scheduled visit and Ben made sure to come out himself along with Ruben to check out what was going on with my sink and faucet. Both Ben and Ruben were extremely respectful and professional. They thoroughly explained what was going on with my sink and faucet and they were able to fix my issues without having to tell me to go spend a ton of money on new ones. This was the kind of service I had seen in the past, which is why we have always chosen Lee's as our number one company. They even went above and beyond to help me change out one of my smoke detectors because the battery went out. They were super friendly and willing to take the time to answer any of my questions or show me things around the house in case I needed help with anything else. Thank you Ben & Ruben for making up for the last experience. I will be sure to continue to use your company in the future.

I called two days before Christmas and had a technician at my home the following day for diagnostic testing.
The technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He showed me pictures of the part that needed repair and explained it’s function. Although the part has to be ordered and won’t arrive for another week I was very satisfied with the service that was provided.

4/4/22 Reuben and Juan responded for Lee's to replace a leaking food disposal and service my tankless water heater. They are both highest of caliber and knowledgeable. Their professional demeanor os fantastic. They told me of my options and benefits to each option. Will rely on Lee's experts for service!
5/5/22 Eric and co-worker (forgot to ask) replaced filters, checked temps, preventative maintenance on A/C prior to heavy use (triple digits on the way!), discovered needed capacitor replacement. Absolutely professional and will only rely on Lee's!! Great service and fantastic customer care.

Lee’s plumbing replaced my garbage disposal due to corrosion and leakage. The garbage disposal had to be replaced. Javier arrived on time and had parts required to fix my disposal. He was courteous, informative and very professional.

Christopher was very punctual, professional & appropriately dressed. He placed booties over hood work boots before coming in & was masked, which I was thankful for as I'm a senior citizen. He checked out my heater & thermostat & explained what wasd wing & what repairs were needed. I liked that the estimate & invoice were digitally emailed to me. I decided to get some additional estimates before having the work done.

I have used Lee’s in the past & I thought they were fantastic! Not sure what happened but they are terrible now. The person who came to check on my kitchen faucet & toilet did not even tell me what was wrong. He automatically suggested that I purchase a new faucet and toilet. He took a personal call while on the job. He did not wear a mask or remove his shoes/place a covering over his shoes even though Lee’s Plumbing claimed that it’s their policy. He seemed to be in a rush to leave but reminded me 3 times that I needed to pay the $50 service charge, which was such a waste of my money because no issues were solved. He proceeded to make a slight racial remark when he asked how to pronounce my last name. I cringingly laughed it off but I thought it was incredibly inappropriate. As he left my house, he looked at the pictures in my hallway, which I also thought was very personal & not very professional.
I was able to speak to the manager Ben, who apologized for everything saying he would have this person retrained. They were both very friendly individuals. Ben also told me someone would be calling me to reschedule an appointment that same evening but that never happened. It’s been a whole week and I have not received a call. I was not even offered a refund for the $50 especially when nothing was solved. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in this company. I completely understand that during Covid everyone may be short staffed, but for a company with such a great reputation, I was in complete shock! Sadly, I don’t think I would ever use them again.
