Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating

We have had several repair people in the last 6 months in our home during covid and I will tell you that lees air has been the most polite, professional, and accommodating of anyone! They were courteous and respectful of our desires to be very covid compliant since we have 2 very compromised individuals living in our home. I cannot say enough about them! I would recommend them to literally anyone. They sent messages beforehand with the picture of the repair person and we were completely prepared for them knowing who would calm and what they were doing. They were wonderful!

Michael was very polite, friendly and on time. He installed a brand new water for our family in no time at all. He masked up and wore booties and was covid cautious which I absolutely appreciate. I would use his services again. :)

John arrived on schedule and even called to let us know he was on his way. He was friendly, professional, and explained in detail any issues, plus gave us options. He also was thorough and found two issues that were never fixed or detected by previous owner. Very happy with Lee’s service and would recommend John and the company to our friends.

Responsive communication over the weekend through emails. Needed service ASAP. Scheduling was quick and easy over the phone. They were even able to put me on an earlier schedule. Repair Tech Sophea was great. Knowledgeable and provided great service. Went above and beyond to answer any of my questions.

Chris was professional, polite and explained the maintenance he did to my heater. I have used Lee's for my water heater, air conditioner and heating unit. They always have the best technicians, I highly recommend them.

Our AC went out and the service tech was great and very helpful explaining to us what happened to our unit. Very professional. Blanca Rodriguez followed up with us in regarding what would work best for us and even tho we're still in the process of looking Blanca was very helpful and was quick to answer all of my questions. I was a little panicked when everything backed up. I couldn’t clear it myself. I called Lee’s, Michelle who answered the phone was exceedingly gracious and friendly and put my mind at ease. Then Michael showed up and took care of the problem quickly, efficiently, and was probably the nicest service provider I’ve met!

We were so pleased with our service rep, Ebert, today. He took care of our plumbing issue quickly and professionally. He left to purchase some parts and was back in a few minutes to finish the job. He always wore a mask a gloves and never required me to have to touch pen or tablet. Evert was friendly and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Ebert and Lee’s Plumbing and Air. I am very satisfied with company overall and the technician, Sean H. I requested an estimate for some updates to my second bath.. toilet replaced and switching out my bath/shower fixtures. I was offered estimates for completion of the job. I chose the least expensive and am very pleased with Sean's professionalism and plumbing knowledge. He was able to overcome a couple of plumbing challenges and made this customer very happy with the end result.
I chose Lee's Plumbing because of of my previous experience with the installation of a complete HVAC system.
