Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating

Sean has come to our home three times, for three different bathrooms. Each time, he has exceeded our expectations...prompt, respectful, experienced & trustworthy. He has provided us with diff options/quotes at each visit. We have 3 kids & 3 dogs, so good help is a huge deal for us. I would highly recommend Lee’s - specifically Sean if u have plumbing needs.

Eric did a great job of checking my unit and explain what parts, price, and fix. Very knowledgeable with his job. Eric went above and beyond job and it was 105 in Fresno. Thanks for great customer service.

Aaron was so responsible and courteous. His knowledge really impressed me and made some recommendations for me to get more out of my unit. He told me things that other Lees representatives never told me. I highly recommend him to all my family and friends and I hope to have him service my unit again in the future.

The tech called when he was on his way. He was professional, courteous and efficient in diagnosing the problem with my A/C. He explained my options and the costs and let me choose the repairing. He was able to fix the problem and restore my cold air. I would recommend this company.

I had a propane leak. I worked with my home warranty company to get it repaired. They sent out a plumber from Modesto. They showed up, basically said they couldn’t help. I was then authorized to hire my own plumber. I didn’t have one so I started calling around. No one was willing or able to fix the leak. I called Lee’s Plumbing. Finally someone was able to help. At this point I had no hot water, heat or stove for almost a week. They sent Michael out. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and sympathetic. He diagnosed where the leak(s) were quickly. My home warranty company again wanted their own people to repair the leaks, so a few more days were wasted before they agreed to let Lee’s do the repairs. When I called the office and explained the situation they had Michael and Ruben out the next morning. They finished the work and went above and beyond the call of duty. Absolutely thrilled with their service. I’ll definitely use them for all my plumbing needs. Thank you!!

Christopher was very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional together with Fernando. Christopher and Fernando are asset to Lee’s Air Team! Lee’s Air is number 1 in my humble opinion - real dedicated people from management such as Justin Howard and all of Lee’s Air Team. I commend their safety protocols such as wearing masks, shoe covers and details of safely using their own ladders. Thank you for giving us peace of mind with our HVAC all year round!

I called them 3 different times on 3 different days to change my faucets. I wanted to get an estimate. Everytime, they tell me Michael will call you back but he never did.

Jesse Gomez, Plumbing Specialist is the person who came out to inspect and replace my water heater, including repair of damaged walls due to moisture. Mr. Gomez was able to get the problem assessed and fully repaired/resolved from one day to the next. He was very informative, professional and helpful throughout the process. Great customer service and the repaired area looks absolutely great! Thank you for all your hard work, Jesse! Lee’s really came through for me and my family in our time of need. Thank you!

Lee’s was very quick to respond to our call and helping us online. Someone came out the next day and was able to fix our problem. Tim came to our home and he was very helpful and professional, he even wore a mask and gloves while at our home.
