Lee’s is always great about confirming and giving notice for when they arrive. I love that they put booties on before coming in my home. They are knowledgeable and I trust their recommendations and quality of work. We have been pleased with their maintenance membership for a number of years now.

Mr Ruben & Mr Carlos provided Excellent Customer Service with a Smile. I appreciate the Fast Friendly service in such short notice. I will be using Lee’s Air Plumbing and Heating for my A/C as well. Called Lee’s to see if we just needed a refresh to our system or if there was something wrong and needed to call our home warranty. They were timely, super professional, and told us honestly what was wrong. He was upfront about the issues and what it would take to fix it.

The service from Lee’s exceeded my expectations. From scheduling the appointment for my AC tune-up, to the completion of the work. I received a text message that the tech was on his way. The tech, Luis Rojas, called, when he was on his way, and arrived well within the agreed upon time window. He was polite, and followed COVID-19 guidelines, including wearing of a mask. He outlined what he was going to do, and went about his business of completing the tune-up. He answered my questions, and engaged in some light conversation. My wife has allergies, and he made some system/program suggestions that he said might help her to breathe ‘easier’. I really appreciated his professional approach, and the way he conducted himself. Hats off to Lee’s, and Luis, for taking care of a very satisfied customer. When I need HVAC related services, my first, and only choice, is Lee’s. Thanks Lee’s and Luis!

Super fast ! Sean showed up 20 minutes after i called them. He was super freindly, and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He explained everything that was wrong, and exaclty what was needed to be fixed. Very professional!
