My AC/heater failed right on 12/31, so I knew I would have to wait at least until Jan 2 to get service. My home warranty company could not get anyone until Jan 5th. Then 1800 Cooling came to the rescue. Came out first thing on morning of Jan 3, incredibly polite, friendly, and supportive. Some problems with my 20 year old unit took a bit of time to diagnose and fix, but they did it completely and did it right. We had heat again by 11 AM. So happy with the excellent service !!

Called them on Saturday for my parents when their A/C went out when it was 110. Was a last minute appt, they came out on a Sunday and got them up and going again...Other well known company couldnt make it out until Monday between 7pm and 10pm.... Tech was great actually went over parts and discussed issues. The gentleman that made our appointment was very pleasant, accommodating and made me feel very comfortable about having them come out.

Omar was quick, clean, professional and well mannered.

Will definitely use this company for our future products.

Freddy is always wonderful in taking care of our unit. Steve is always on top of things in the office. Carol does a great job. We just had out Reme Halo installed by Freddy yesterday morning. Hard to believe, that our linen cabinet today is sparkling, dust free. First time ever!!! We love 1800Cooling guys. They look out for us

I use this company for my own home about four years ago and had great service . Now I needed to have my rental house looked at the day before New Years Day because the heater was not working. They had a new unit placed and installed before New Years Eve ..... great job a service.

I found 800 Cooling to be an exemplary company to do business with - honest, reasonable and professional. I needed a new a/c unit, and they went out of their way to find an upgrade to my previous unit that met my needs. It was up and running the next day. I recommend the services of 800 Cooling without hesitation, especially having experienced many sub-par HVAC companies over the years.

The guys were great to work with. My business had multiple air units go out at the same time. I worked directly with Carol in their office via phone & email. She made sure the process was seamless.

They were very expensive and difficult

They also would not work w us on our manufacturers warranty because they said it was too much trouble; they preferred to talk us into a new system They are also quick to try to sell you a maintenance agreement. They told me the business had not been run efficiently so they stepped in and raised prices through the roof They also doubled our annual fee from one year to the next without any prior warning
