Armando was diligent, professional, and skillful in his efforts to help. It took consistent trouble shooting and effort to resolve my problem. He strives to continue his work until the AC was fixed and working properly. Highly recommend!

Drip pan defective. Caused extensive water damage that resulted in living room ceiling collapsing. Carlos was calm and informative, as well as helped me to understand what could and could not be repaired. His company will return tomorrow to complete repairs. Kyle his supervisor will contact me ( as he has kept in touch with me throughout the day) and work with me as to how this situation will be resolved.

Ian Miller was very professional and knowledgeable. I purchased our next two service maintenance visits from him.

Omar the service technician sent us a text prior to arrival giving a projected arrival time.
He was very professional, courteous, asking questions re our a/c issues, and thus prepared, went about solving the problem.
And the pricing was within expectations.

The service techs arrived within an hour of my initial repair call for my 2 year old Trane air conditioner which 1 800 cooling originally installed at my residence. The unit took longer than anticipated to repair and works as it should. 1 800 cooling however was horrible at communication. The tech told us that we would be informed as to if the part was available and as to when the repairs could be performed. The techs arrived on site without letting us know ahead of time, only to leave...again without giving us any updates. The techs left our house with the access panels off of the unit and water bottles on the roof. 3 hours later I called into dispatch to get an update so that if the unit couldn't be repaired, we could make arrangements to stay another night at a friends house. The only time I was made aware that the unit was repaired was when their main office called me to collect the repair fees. I am not sure who owns the company currently, but when I originally hired them it was a family owned small business. I am pretty sure they have grown and since lost the small business\attention to detail ethics. It's a real shame since I used to refer my customers to this company as I am a business owner myself. I treat all of my customers with care since I own a referral based business. All I wanted was an update and for them to follow-up as they assured me they would.

I’m very happy I chose 1800 Cooling and thankful to Greg and the other installer. My system was unusual or unique at best and a nightmare at worst. It was a personal creation of the previous owner set up decades earlier. They did an incredible job building a new system ( lego-style they called it) and getting it set up in a tight space. They also replaced my return which had also been rigged up decades earlier, making it very difficult to find and replace filters. I can now replace filters easily with standard (rather than special order) filters. The new system is cool and quiet. Thank you!

Armando Cantu, of Lee's Air, Plumbing and Heatng, is great to work with in servicing our AC. Goes up and beyond to service our AC and has fair prices!

Please have your workers that’s putting the flyers the doors my home door I assume all the doors on the block. I have no problem with them leaving the flyer but please do not ring my doorbell at six in the morning OK thank you very much .
