Replaced two roof top HVAC heat pumps (2019) on residential flat roof. Integrity personnel were very professional and explained what was needed and the expected cost. The service advisor advised to install smaller units (3 1/2 down to 2 1/2 ton, 2 1/2 down to 2 ton) then I had. Installers did a very clean and quality install, left no mess, plus install was completed on schedule and ready for the new foam roof to be installed.

Though I was a bit skeptical on the downsizing, this is my 4th replacement in 30 years and the house is just as cool with the side benefit of about a 15% drop in our electric bill.

During the annual one year checkup, one problem cropped up, a key circuit board developed a defect. Technician did check up on both units professionally. Circuit board was replaced under warranty with no questions, no hassle, no cost.

I chose Integrity based on recommendations of Rossie-On-The-House radio show and his web page and of several friends who all had the same great experience. You may save a few dollars choosing a less professional company, but you will pay in the end with poor service and cheap equipment. I have used many contractors over the last five decades, and in my opinion, integrity is not just a word for them, Integrity is their DNA.

So we use Integrity for everything. This year we called them up and asked about having someone come out for a split system for our bedroom. They had installed new ductwork for us about two years before, and he asked how it was working. We told him about a few hot areas, a couple weeks later they replaced the entire duct system for free, and it works awesome now.

This was something where a normal company would have just installed the two thousand dollar split system and made money. Instead these guys fixed the actual issue, at a substantial cost to them, for free.

That's honesty you don't find in a lot of businesses. As long as they stay open we'll be customers.

With the hot weather, I was concern if we could even get service today but we had NO cooling! Johnny was here before the inside heat was extreme, replaced a broken part and COOLING again!

Integrity installed a new A/C system for me when my original system died years ago- in August- during a heat wave.

After getting three bids, they were the best combination of quality and price. When installing my new system they were on time, professional, and did a great job. Each year I make sure to have their annual preventative maintenance performed, and the system has worked great. At any time I had questions or concerns, they responded quickly and got things back on track.

Other companies may propose less expensive / cheaper solutions - don’t be tempted to jump on a cheaper bid! You can’t beat integrity a/c for their price on quality systems that will last a very long time!!! Great systems backed with professionalism - they will take care of you.

I called Integrity because my unit went out and I didn't realize how old it was. Integrity was out the next day and looked at my unit. The tech they sent was very friendly and courteous and didn't get frustrated when I couldn't answer many questions about the unit (age, performance history, etc. as I had just moved into the place). I was hoping for a quick cheap fix, but had no such luck.
Although the estimate was high after shopping around I quickly realized these guys were giving me a great deal. They also turned me on to rebates for my new unit and gave me a discount on the labor and on future maintenance issues.
I have recommended them to several family members and friends, some of whom have used Integrity and are extremely satisfied.
What made my experience pleasant was the fact that they worked around my schedule and were on time for my appointment and once my unit was installed and I had some additional questions, I had no problem getting a hold of someone from Integrity to explain to me what I needed to know.
This is a great company and I won't be using anyone else or recommending any other place to family and friends.

Referred to Integrity Air by a friend who has a radio show (ROTH). We needed a new unit in the summer, of course. We got other quotes, just to be sure. Integrity was priced fair (considerably lower than three others for the same and lesser units). They didn't spike their prices because it was summer.

Our Rep saw our sons' Navy photos during the initial visit (after we'd already decided to use Integrity) and explained they have a military discount and offered it to us, for our two young boys' enlistment.

Integrity communicates well, shows up when scheduled, and now take online payments! We have them out every year for maintenance and there were a couple times when we had trouble--Turns out, it was our thermostat programming.
