Integrity Air have been our HVAC experts for more than 20 years. In addition to doing the annual maintenance on our system, Integrity has done big jobs such as moving our air handler to the attic, and routing and adding ducts to improve airflow. A few years ago they replaced our heat pump with a super high efficiency unit. The work has always been done right the first time. Their techs are knowledgeable, on time, courteous and professional. Their name says it all!

I called to ask about getting a condensor coil replaced. I asked if there was anyone I could speak to. The woman that answered said just 'no'. I follwed up with ' is that not the type of work you do?' to which the woman only said 'my service manager called out sick'. That's all she said. I replied with, 'I guess I'll call another company' she just said 'ok' What kind of company says they can't help you because 'the service manager called in sick'. Suprised this company has any good reviews after making one call to them.

I have used Integrity for many years for the shop I manage (Landis Cyclery - Scottsdale) and they are consistent, professional, and honest. Also used them to replace my home unit when it was time. Good company.

Johhny from Integrity Air-Conditioning & Heating came to my home to perform a system checkup in order to maintain my warranty. Integrity installed my system several years ago and a check up is performed every spring.
Johhny was on time and introduced himself upon arrival. He described what he was going to do then did just that. Afterwards he reviewed the results with me and provided a brief explanation of the meaning of the measurements noted on the form. He also gave me some tips to keep the system running optimally.
I live in a condo community a few unit owners rely on Integrity Air to service and maintain they systems. All are pleased with the quality of service received and the technicians performing the services.

I have had amazing service with Integrity Air. The service technicians show up when they say they will, and are always pleasant and professional. I had a unit go out on a VERY cold day and was concerned because my elderly mother was with us. They had a technician out within the hour! I couldn't believe it! Great service, dependability, and they stand behind their product!

Excellent service and technician; yearly maintenance charge for 2 units ($285) is still pricey for the amount of time it took.

Couldn’t have been nicer to work with. They changed our unit from ground mounted to roof mounted, did it with a minimal disruption and the workers were extremely courteous. At the same time they added a new unit to a remolding project we were also doing. Everything was done well. I would recommend them to anyone for new construction such as our remodeling project or to replace an existing unit as on the main house. Great people and company to deal with.
