Ken is the most honest and trustworthy technician I have met. He has been on my roof at least 6 times now, including a new install and I believe everything he has told me about my unit. He took pictures and sent them to my phone so I could see what he was talking about and even get a second opinion if I wanted. I trust him and his work without question.

I am so happy with Air Care. They do a wonderful thorough job. They always call & let me know they are on their way. Very professional & courteous. I had Antajuan as my technician this time. I always had Ken in the past few years, however he was just promoted. (Congratulations Ken!!!) Antajuan today explained to me how everything worked, & how my units are preforming, so I understood.
Whenever Aircare technicians leave I feel so at ease that my heating & cooling units
are in tip top shape.

Adrian was a very personable man. He explained things very well as he told me about the air cleaner he installed inside furnace., also showing me a video on his phone. The job didn't take as long as he thought. It was a very smooth process apparently. I was pleased with the fact that he had everything he needed to do the additional install without having to make a second trip.

I was not happy with my current Air-Conditioning company and decided to find a new one. There are a vast amount out there, but I liked the look and feel of Air Care Cooling and Heating, so I opted for them and I am very pleased that I did.

Josh was very polite, showed up on time, and they do an excellent job at competitive pricing. Josh walked me thru the steps of checking my unit and pointing out issues that he was concerned with. They've been here on two occasions now and I have no complaints with their work and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable Air conditioning company.

Had a salesperson (#1) from the company over to give us an estimate for replacing our two AC units in our home. The presentation was polished and the estimate was reasonable. It was when he asked where we were in the process that everything went south. I said we had one more estimate to get before making a decision. He had the audacity to ask from whom and proceeded to give me the "Why in the heck would you do that?" look and tried to talk me out of it without giving me a reason to change my mind. I told I would call after that estimate and we would go from there.
Next morning (Wednesday), we received the estimate from the other company and decided to go with that company. On Friday, I called Air Care back and spoke with a different salesperson (#2) and gave him our decision. I also pointed out the issues I had with their "presentation." This salesperson continued to try and sell me. We had the new units installed from the other company that day.
Fast forward to Tuesday of the following week, I received a call from Salesperson #2 who obviously forgot that he talked to me on Friday. He proceed with the same pitch about the 3 different options we were presented, etc. I hung up only to find out that he had called my wife the same day and left her a message that said (paraphrasing) that “we told him to call her to discuss our options”.
Bottom line. You didn’t get sale. I followed through and called with my decision. Move on. Leave me alone because this is borderline harassment. Hopefully this review will get their attention.

Ken was awesome. He helped us get a new air conditioner. Our system was ready to go out and our budget was right. Ken made sure we found a way to afford it. A plus customer service. Very friendly!!!
