What a SCAM!!!
I recently called Isley's because my A/C went out. They sent a "repairman" out the next morning who accurately diagnosed the problem, my blower motor was not functioning. He told me it would cost around $2800 to fix, IF they could get the parts...then advised me i might be better off replacing my system 11 yr. old system with a new one... for about $19,000. THAT they could install next day. keep in mind, it is 100 degrees and I have no A/C..when i told him I want to shop around, he then admitted i could probably find a unit for closer to 12k if i talked to one of their salespeople. It was at this time i realized he is not really a "repair" man, he doesn't want to fix my A/C, he wants to sell me a new one.
Frustrated, i paid him for his call and dialed up another company we had used previously. They came out and repaired my system, on a Sunday, for $800. Isley's comes highly rated so i was surprised how shady they were. Not only did they try to sell me an overpriced unit, but their repair quote was 3.5 x more than the other company.
Isley's displayed zero professionalism or genuine desire to fix my A/C. They were predatory in their sales tactics and will never use them again.
Be forewarned.

Tough Training

My first time using Isleys and I am very impressed. We needed to replace a 17 year old water softener and they exceeded my expectations at a cost lower than expected. Definitely my new plumbing goto.

I’ve had a ton of issues working with HVAC contractors. Isley’s Change the way I feel about HVAC contractors. Derek came to my home and made the experience extremely easy. Everybody I’ve come into contact with has been super professional and very helpful. I highly recommend this company if you need your AC repaired or replaced. I had to say goodbye to my old Trane unit. She lasted over 20 years and that’s her on the crane. I replaced her with a brand new Trane unit hopefully I’ll get another 20 years out of her.

What a great company to work with. The stayed in contact with me as to when the technician would come. Technician was awesome. We have lived in this house for more than 4 years and our courtyard fireplace had never worked. It is going to be so nice to sit outside on chilly nights with family and friends. Southwest Has only had three companies that they recommended. This was the only one that would come to Arizona City. I was quoted a price for travel and that included 30 minutes diagnostic time. Not only did he take care of the problem, but no extra charges!!

Called Isley’s Home service inc. my AC had went down and they could come over within two hours the tech came over fixed the problem in about 30 minutes and I was thankful and appreciative. That’s the good the bad thing was he charged me 337.50$ for a 14$ part, not good?? Love you guys for helping my family in need, however would not recommend your company to others due to Extreme price gouging.

I've lived in my home for over 20 years. Never had I felt a concrete floor hot. Called Isleys and reached a friendly front office person. I consider myself lucky when I called when I did. They were quick at getting an appointment. Keith was great at explaining things and making this transaction not so horrible. Thanks Isleys for a great job done!

Our 1st time using Isleys was wonderful. This time wecalled them in for a faucet leak and slow toilet. 1st technician gives us quote to replace faucet and toilet with us purchasing items. We purchase both items in sealed boxes the next day, but technician can’t make it. So on 3rd day , 2nd technician does work. Finds out piece is missing from faucet box- the drain replacement. My husband explained to both technicians that he had Parkinson’s disease, so tremors make this work hard for him.
We were left to get the peice, which my husband did. Unfortunately, when he did the replacement, it leaked. We called this morning and they did get someone out. Technician #3 turns around 1 piece and tells my husband to redo it with more putty, then tells us we can pay $400 more for a different drain. We called and asked to speak to a manager. Someone called back to review the facts and said we would hear from them. So far , no call and now that my husband put in more putty as directed, the drain is too high for all the water to drain from the sink.

This was a service call at my home for normal semiannual a/c checkup, a water heater flush and general plumbing inspection. Needed the capacitor replaced and received a discount under the annual maintenance program. Received quotes for a new water heater and 2 toilet tank mechanisms replaced. Each quote included discounts under annual maintenance agreement. The service man arrived within the timeframe I was promised was very pleasant and attentive to the many questions I asked.

We used Isley’s Home Service for a bathroom remodel they sub contracted with Drystar. The project started in Oct 22 and ended in Jan 23. When they finely finished the job we noticed a hole in the drywall above the medicine cabinet, the mirrors and lights above the mirror were uneven, the painted over the door trim that had some water damage and didn’t paint the door. The grout in the shower and floor is a mess, the grout lines are uneven. The bathroom hardware has scratches and chips. Suggest not using Isley’s Home Service or Drystar for and remodeling.
