I have been a customer of Fresh Breeze since 2017. They came on Tuesday 06/16/20 and replaced my A/C Unit. They did it very quickly and without any problems at all. I've never had any issues with Fresh Breeze they are always friendly and professional. They don't try to inflate prices for the work they do like other big name repair companies do. They have always been up front and honest. They are always on time and responsive as well. I would highly recommend Fresh Breeze to any of my friends and family.

8/5/22 - Great service from this company. Less than 1 hour from the time I contacted Ben until they showed up and looked the blower motor on my heat pump/AC. Gave me a price and ran to buy the parts needed. Back in less than 1 hour and fixed that issue. I had a sneaking suspicion that there may be another issue causing my very low air flow and sure enough there was. The insulation in the turndown trunk going into the roof had separated and was blocking airflow. Ben and his partner had it opened up and fixed in a flash at no extra cost to me. This is old school service that you don't see much of these days! I will have Ben and his team back for some maintenance work this fall once it cools off a bit.

Ben is awesome! He is funny, professional, and HONEST! When we were selling our house last year, we needed to have our AC unit checked as part of the home inspection. The first guy that came out from a big name company said we needed $1400 in repairs. We wanted a second opinion and called Ben who was recommended by our realtor- he said there was nothing wrong with the unit. Knowing our situation, he could've said that we needed work and bargained with us on price but he told us the truth.
So, of course we called him to take a look at our system in our new home, as we spent the better part of last summer sweating it out in our living room. Why we didn't call him then I don't know. Anyway, he takes a look and and tells us our vent is closed- boy, did we feel stupid! But again, he totally could have made up some reason to say we needed a split unit and make some money off of us but thankfully, he is an honest business man. We will always use him and his company in the future!

For years we had AC issues and have had so many different people try to resolve it and were never successful. We spent thousands of dollars and never felt the comfort of knowing our unit was working the way it was supposed to. That is until these gentlemen from Fresh Breeze came and not only fixed it better than other companies have but more cost effective as well all while making sure to communicate so I didn’t feel left in the dark. Once completing the job they cleaned up after themselves and gave me a breakdown of what was completed and what to expect. Ben and Fresh Breeze have my best interests at heart. This is not very common these days. Ben answered his phone late Saturday night and my AC was running smoothly again Sunday morning. He does not suggest things that are not necessary. It is very evident that his clients are very important to him. He is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and honest. I highly recommend Fresh Breeze.

I called Ben because I thought I needed a new air conditioning unit. Ben was on-site to provide a free estimate and did a thorough inspection of the air conditioning unit. As a result of his thorough inspection, Ben concluded that all that was needed was a new capacitor. At 5% of the cost of a new air conditioning unit!
Do yourself a favor and call Ben first for any of your air conditioning needs before you call anybody else. If you do, you'll become a customer for life just like I am.

We were referred by a neighbor and couldn’t be happier. We were able to make the appointment online, Mike showed up and was very helpful. We hadn’t serviced the AC for 3 years and he was honest and explained both units for us and made recommendations. Freon was low and he found one capacitor that was on its last leg. He got up in the attic and did a full inspection up there too. Several pounds of Freon between 2 ac units and a new capacitor and it was less than a typical Costco trip. I’m happy to make 12 year old ac units last another year.

This may be the easiest 5 star rating I've given! My AC went out last night around midnight (on one of the hottest evenings of the year - 114 yesterday and supposed to be at least 114 today). I called these guys 1st thing this morning to see when the earliest someone could drop by and look at my system. Ben said he had an install to do this morning, but he'd at least get to me early afternoon. A little after 10 am, Bailey (from Fresh Breeze) called and asked if it was OK if he could come right over - 10 minutes later he's knocking at my door. Bailey introduced himself, asked me a littler about my AC problem then looked quickly at my blower unit inside. He "guessed" it was the run capacitor, but he was going to check my outside unit to confirm. 15 minutes later, he knocked on my door and said everything is fixed and it should be running fine :-)
After he verified everything was good, he said he validated my run cap was bad, called Goodman (who made the unit) and confirmed that both parts and labor were covered under warranty (even though I DID NOT buy my system from Fresh Breeze), replaced the run cap and said everything is covered! 2 minutes later he was gone! I went from NO AC on one of the hottest days of the year to a nice, cooling system in about 30 minutes (and only a couple hours after I called them) all at no money out of my pocket! Amazing.
Bought my original system from Goettl, but they won't even take care of their own customers under warranty without an appointment that usually is at least a week out, but Fresh Breeze rocks and these guys will get all my future work and they'll be the guys I share with my neighbors!

Recommended through a guy at work, Ben was very helpful right from the start. Seems to be honest and his quote was the lowest we received, a couple companies came close but a couple companies were charging 5-7k more. Worked with me on schedule, showed up on time and made pretty quick work out of it. Took a little under 5 hours total for a split unit. Still on the first day and will update if anything changes but blowing strong and cold so far. Nice Goodman install, much quieter than our 10 year old unit. Haven't had to have a service call yet obviously, I'll update if we do. Thanks Ben, you were much appreciated!
Update 5/21:
Haven't had a single issue with it. In fact we thought something might be wrong this January, it was heating the house and it seemed to be turning off and then right back on. Called them and they had a guy out THAT MORNING to look at it. Turns out it was just cooler than usual nights and it was running a defrost and then turning on just love it should. 4 months later and running like the day it was installed. No regrets!
