We recently called for an AC checkup. Ken came out and performed the service. He found some things wrong that needed our attention so he was very detailed in what needed to be fixed. He had everything written down along with pictures so we could see what he was talking about. We told him to go ahead and fix those items and we were pleased with the job he did. He then provided pictures of what was completed. He was very professional, courtesy and straightforward with us. I highly recommend him and his company. We also have the 2 year maintenance plan where they come out every 6 months and will check everything to make sure it is running properly.

They responded immediately and their tech, Lucas, was a marvel!
He quickly found the issue with the a/c unit, fixed the problem and went over the whole unit to make sure there weren’t any other problems. I am going to put him in my speed dial in case I ever need his help again—or any of my friends do!

***UPDATE: All the work Ken did to our unit never worked. Now he says our units are too old and need new ones to fix problem after spending $4652.00!! We went months cold because our unit wasn’t working after Ken’s “fix”. Ken came out three times within a few months and still wasn’t able to fix the issue. We even got a new thermostat since Ken thought that might be the issue, but it wasn’t. I called Air Care multiple times about spending $4652.00 and unit still never worked and they keep sending my complaint to Ken who calls me saying our units are old and we just need new ones. What good is their warranty if they won’t stand behind it!!! Time for BBB complaint. I would give no stars if I could.

Robert came on a Sunday afternoon to fix our a/c that suddenly stopped working. He repaired the problem and checked the airflow before he left. Excellent customer service, he answered all of our questions and gave us some tips on filters. We will request him for future services.

Ken is a super star! Cannot be more grateful to this company’s quick professional response. After 9 days without air conditioning thanks to my home warranty i finally have air. In addition to repairing the blower they thoroughly repaired the damage done by the contractor sent by warranty company. Use Ken for ALL your air conditioning needs, he will not disappoint. He got the job done so quickly. Cannot give 10 stars but I totally would!! Thank you!!

Suddenly needed AC repair and called this company. They sent out a technician with an hour. Lucas was incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and thorough. Really personable. Would hire this company again just based on the experience with Lucas. He was really good.

I highly recommend the Air Care guy's. They know AC!! They never try to sell you something you don't need, but they always show up on time and are the most reliable AC company I've ever dealt with. Field Technician, Robert, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I recently extended my PM warranty with Air Care to keep my AC unit in tip top condition.
