Hello, Adrian was informative and very clear with our choices. He was easygoing and thorough when discussing the bill and had no problem fixing the heater in our HVAC unit. He was even willing to complete the job after dusk on a night that was close to freezing.

The company called me to let me know my service person, Joshua, was on his way & gave me an ETA. Josh showed up on time & proceeded to evaluate my AC/Heating issues. He documented everything via photos & notes, then showed me what he’d found, explained what it meant & answered my questions to my satisfaction & understanding. He suggested an air duct cleaning & demonstrated why this was his recommendation, leaving the decision to me. He also emailed me the documentation, written & photos. Josh was thorough & very professional. Top notch service!

Robert was very knowledgeable about the services his company provides and explained everything well so I could easily understand it. He was friendly and professional. Marcus performed a complete analysis on each our our AC units and drains. He quickly noticed an issue on one unit. He corrected the problem, and it will work until a lower pan in the attic can be replaced. There was no problem with other unit. He was courteous and gave us options as to what we may want to do going forward. Thank yoiu

We had contacted some competition to this company originally to get our A/C unit fixed. Said competition was unreasonable and rude, but upon contacting Air Care in Gilbert, we received only excellent customer service. The guy who fixed our unit, Ken Salisbury, was very kind, personable, and provided pictures and detailed explanation to what was wrong with our A/C. He fixed our unit within an hour, and had provided us payment options as well as a free maintenance plan for five years. Thank you so much, Air Care!

I can already see that the future experiences with Air Care are going to be very satisfying. Josh was here today to service my Air Conditioner he is so friendly speaks to me with respect he tells me everything about the service while he is doing the inspection. The work order is printed very neat and clear so I can understand what was done. He offered more information to help me understand what can be done over time to keep my unit running as it should. I am also impressed that Heather in the office called to make a appointment for my service the last company I was with for 5 years never called I had to keep track and call them they also went out of business never informing me just left who knows how many people with out their contracted service. Being with Air Care now it is comforting to know that this senior who lives alone will be taken care of by a company who cares and takes pride in their work. Thank You Air Care

Ken came out and found the problem with my a.c. unit. The repairs where not worth doing because the age of the unit at 14 years, so ken was so nice about showing us our options for a new unit. O pressure, we even looked around and with the work they where going to do, the price was awesome.. .. Definitely recomend. Thanks Air Care. Thank you Ken..

We needed two air conditioner men at our house and they worked overtime to get the job done. They (Josh and Derek, I think) we’re friendly, informative and very polite. They explained what they were doing and what our air conditioner was doing. It was a very positive visit and our air was working better thru the night than it had been!

Our technician Antajuan was very professional and courteous. He explained how our a/c worked and did the routine maintenance. He did an excellent job.
