I have used Manny’s air in the past was very happy with their performance and price.
This time I had an emergency and I can’t tell you how glad I am that I contacted them again. From advice to taking care of the problem, Manny’s air came through. The staff is friendly and the techs are knowledgeable. I had a new unit installed and it all happened so smoothly. If you need maintenance or a new unit like I did, I would highly recommend them.

We looked with multiple companies and Manny's has the most competitive prices for the type of unit that they installed. Good quality units for a reasonable price. The Other companies that we looked with wanted to perform major renovations to install a simple unit. Especially since the attic entrance is pretty small. Manny's techs showed up on time and installed their equipment without any hassle. We would recommend them.

This is the worst company to get your A/C unit. They never fix things right they have been to my house for the same problem 8 time over the last 2 years for the same problem they always charge you for the service call never really fix the problem. One guy came one time and said there was nothing wrong with it and he was gone in 10 min.

Great Company! They got to my house in a hurry and fixed my broken A/C fast. The technicians, were very polite and explained everything to me about my A/C problem. I definitely will call them again if I ever have A/C problems again

Reliable service. I had issue with AC not cooling; called and got scheduled. The day of scheduled service the Tech called ahead of time to let me know he is on his way. My AC was fixed promptly and cooled my house back again.

Horrible experience. An appointment was scheduled with Manny's air on Wednesday due to a loud noise coming from our air conditioner. Unfortunately, our A/C ended up breaking, so we called Manny's air back and they said they would come if they had any cancellations. They came Friday, 7/29, and they were also late. We spoke with the assistant on the phone (Wednesday) and we let them know that it was the fan in the air conditioner that had broke off. When the employee got here today, he asked us what the problem was. We explained to him that it was the fan within the unit, and how the fan came apart. He did not open the A/C unit or take a deeper look at the A/C unit. He glanced at it and said "Oh yeah, it's the fan." They did not come with any parts to make the repair and they still charged us for a service call when no maintenance, repair, or even an observation was even performed. We had to stay at a hotel with our pets due to no air conditioning. They said they would not be able to get the part and come out here to fix it until Monday. We called another company and they came within a couple of hours with the new fan and repaired our A/C unit. We have been loyal customers of Manny's for over 12 years but will not continue to use them.

I have been using Manny for over 20 years as I have moved from home to home. This is my third time. I have found him very responsible and very professional. His employees are very careful as to not only the removal of old materials but the cleanup was far beyond what I would have expected. They had to work in the attic with outside temperatures over 110 degrees for almost ten hours. There was no complaining and no standing around. I was very pleased with their friendliness and professionalism. They were able to communicate with me in both fluent spanish and English. The day after installation, a repairman returned to double check that all was functioning well. After going a day without air conditioning, my wife said she could not sleep because it felt almost too cold (wonderful) I highly recommend his company and service. Good to work with an honest man and a reputable company. I found his prices much lower than his competitors. He came out the same day I called. Other companies told me it would be three days and they might have to wait for new machines for several weeks. Manny has the connections to get the materials. I got the new units installed the next day after my call. Excellent service Gene Lines

$95 for nothing! Did not come during the scheduled appointment, the Technician could not communicate in English, spent less than 10min looking only at the inside unit (didn’t even bother to check the outside unit), and then quoted me a full replacement. What a joke of a company, at least with other companies if all they are going to do is give you an estimate it’s free. Manny’s Air is in the business of collecting $95 and doing nothing. I called the office to complain and after being hung up on several times their response was they did their job.

We bought an AC unit that is under the warranty in my parents house. It broke and we reported it. They send a technician, who gave attitude to my dad spend less than 10 mins in the roof and said a piece is broken we need to get a new one, is been more than 2 weeks of my parents living in a 100° plus house i called the office and latter they send me a text telling me they can lend me a portable but I have to pick up in Tempe with i am more than 1 hr away. We had to send my mom out state with my brothers because she has high pressure and the heat inside the house can kill her. I called and explained to the office the lady on the phone so nice told me the tech can put freon in it so it cools (Wich they didn't do in the first 2 weeks this being an option), so they send LAZARO and adds the freon. 2 days after my dad calls because is not cold and asks if they put it in they lady on the phone again so nice but LAZARO gets to my father's house and yells at him that he came 2 days ago. My dad explains he didn't know and apologized for making go then he proceeded to be rude to him and get less than 2 feet from my DAD and tell my dad ". I am a big man", my dad tells him" I don't care are you telling me this because you want to pinch me? Go ahead and punch me so i sued you"
After that he kept being rude but my dad asked him to leave of his property
Terrible service I can't believe that guy wanted to punch my dad in his own kitchen. I wished I got the unit somewhere else where my dad is not at risk of being punch from a tech.

I have being doing busines with Manny's Air for a long time and thought I would get the same service this time around my AC unit went out. First they charged me $95 for nothing, they call it a service charge but the employee didn't do much and said I need a new unit without giving me any other options. I called first thing the next day to see what options where available for me and I was told Manny would call me but I never received a call. I called back again and left a message and no one has called me back as of yet. I have contacted another provider and they where able to help me with my current unit and fill it with the correct coolant. It's unfortunate they didn't care for my business after I have given them business for my homes and people I had recommended. I will no longer use or recomend their services. I hope they do what is correct and refund me my $95.
