Great company, professional & helpful on the phone! Needed to service Heat & Glow dual fireplace before sale of home. Lucked out by getting an appointment that had cancelled, David was right on time, answered all questions (we had a lot of questions)!

We had our seasonal AC check yesterday. The appointment was scheduled, I received texts to let me know when the Tech was to arrive. Arrive on time he did. Richard, our Technician is a seasoned professional. I'm a retired HVAC/R business owner. I can say without reservation that Richard is amongst the top Technician's I've ever had dealings with. He's client sensitive, knows his trade and communicates his findings patiently and thoroughly. It's tough to find Technician's of this caliber. This company is outstanding.
You really need to be doing business with Magic Touch.

If you are looking for HVAC service or install in the Phoenix area my heart goes out to you. Having different companies giving us estimates was a like dealing with sharks on a used car sale's lot. This was not the case with Magic Touch. We had six estimates including the so-called biggest and best names in the business, and of all these mid to large-sized companies Magic Touch had the best price by 15-40%. They are willing to work with you on price and different instal options to suit your budget and they are EXPERTS. I know they all say they are, but these guys actually are. They pointed out things that other estimators missed or were not even aware of (I verified everything afterward.) Bart is especially attentive and flexible to work with, bringing great knowledge and care that is a credit to his professions. Rich Morgan writes a great blog that I actually read because it is well written with truly useful information. We look forward to using this company in the future and I would not hesitate to hire them to replace my rental or a parent's unit in the future.

Lucas is a very detailed, reliable, honest, knowledgeable, professional top notch AC technician. He found yet another big problem the previous AC company install incorrectly.

The motor shaft was bent and blower wheel was off balance. Good thing it’s still under warranty.

Lucas lets you know exactly what he is fixing and shows you what kind of problems he finds. He’s is highly recommendable!

I also want to thank Jerome and his staff for helping me schedule Lucas to come and work on my AC. I will ask for him for all my maintenance and ac services.

It’s a great feeling when you find a good honest knowledgeable top notch AC technician. :) happy customer.

Bart the Project Manager from Magic Touch came over and taught us a lot about ac/heat pump units, went over details of the units they offer and what and how they do things. He gave us an about estimate and was on his way no pressure at all. Got the quotes in an email before the end of day. Got two other quotes from different companies that seemed the same in what they offer and do except their prices were a couple grand over and they were trying to pressure us into a sale at that moment. One played the old we can match the other guys deal if you send us a line by line estimate, but why not just offer honest prices up front instead of trying to gouge the customer. Of course we went with Magic Touch and could not be happier. Dylan, Taden and Devon showed up on time, kept me informed the whole time, worked like a well oiled machine as well as professional and kind. When you spend a big chunk of money on something you want to feel well taken care of and Magic Touch did just that.

I don’t normally take the time to post reviews but the whole experience of working with them, from making an appointment to the service received at the appointment, was fantastic. Everything was easy for me, which is how it should be but so many times is not. They were professional and courteous. So, I have considered upgrading my six-year-old 3-ton, 14 SEER single-speed Goodman air conditioner for a few years. The unit was part of the original home build - a basic, entry-level builders AC - absolutely nothing more than that. The single-speed unit was obnoxiously loud – my biggest complaint! It would cool to a set point, turn off for 20 minutes, then come on again. It drove my wife and me nuts.

I was doing my research on brands and unit size options and even completed a Manual J evaluation to determine the exact amount of heating and cooling my home requires. I contacted several companies, who provided me with various quotes from Goodman, Carrier, Lennox, and Trane.

The prices were all over the board, as were the recommendations. I was frustrated because I didn't know what I didn't know and wasn't getting consistent answers. Not satisfied, I continued researching when I came across Magic Touch Mechanical.

What specifically caught my attention with Magic Touch was the owner's Blog. Rich discusses various topics, such as what type or brand to consider, sizing, pricing, unit reliability, brand options, buying time, etc. I was so impressed with the blogs' detail, honesty, and specificity that I had to reach out to them for more information.

As a consumer, I'm at the mercy of the HVAC technician, who I hope will be honest with me when they come to my house. I've been burned many times with issues that were never the issue in the first place when I received a second opinion. With Magic Touch, I immediately felt I could trust and depend on this company. Rich's writings were genuine and someone I could do business with.

The two main factors in upgrading a six-year-old unit, besides the noise, were we wanted consistent comfort and efficiency. Jeff from Magic Touch came to my home and explained each unit's different brands, reliability, pros and cons, pricing, etc. Jeff suggested two brands he felt we would be happy with – Bosch or a Lennox.

We settled on the Lennox Signature SL28XCV and couldn't be happier! Thirty days later, Daryl, Luke, and Taden arrived to install the new unit. They were friendly, knowledgeable, respectful of our home, skilled, and cleaned up after themselves. And before they left, they ensured we knew how to operate the new, high-tech thermostat—a great team of professionals we can trust.

We absolutely love the Lennox! It's ultra-quiet, and the temperature throughout the house is consistent; I am confident we not only have a great air conditioner but also found a trusted HVAC company. We highly recommend Magic Touch!

We had Magic Touch Mechanical out recently to perform our semi-annual maintenance on the Bosch unit they installed for us 18 months ago. We were fortunate to have Lucas Stark as our technician for a second time. His dedication to customer satisfaction and product education is impressive. He recommended some product improvements in a no pressure manner, which we appreciated. We hope to be assigned Lucas again for our next maintenance visit!
