Magic Touch Mechanical

We’ve been using Magic Touch for a few years and have been very pleased with the service. This last time, for our annual maintenance, Lucas and Jason were our technicians and did a very thorough job. I do think the pricing could be more transparent, ie itemized for each service/unit and they didn’t clean up as they usually do. Will likely continue to use this company as they are very good, but will request cost of services be itemized and not bundled.

Lucas was our technician today, he was very nice and professional. He was here to do a maintenance check on our new a/c unit. He found a leak while he was here, so we are very glad he found it in time to repair it. Thank you Lucas for your hard work and dedication to customer service!

We had the great team of Taden, Jordan, Devon and Dylan install our new AC/Heating system. Magic Touch kept our old system running for 29 years so we were prepared for the day we'd need a new one. The guys were very pleasant to work with and did a great job.

I've used Magic Touch Mechanical for several years and am always satisfied with the service. Brad came out today for semi annual checkup and he was exceptional. Magic touch has always had knowledgeable, efficient and effective techs, but Brad was the best. We bought an older fixer' upper house recently and have slowly been upgrading some systems and only maintaining others. Brad took the time to ensure I could make an "educated" decision about a system I know little about.

Jason the technician that did the job was very professional and knowledgeable. Jason checked thd entire A/C system and was able to find the issue. It was the thermostat that was wired wrong. Thank you Jason. I'll use Magic Touch A/C in the future.

Keith was very helpful seemed very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, explaining exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. He kept his work area clean and put back everything that he used or had to move to do his job. The office worker Sierra was very friendly when she contacted me to schedule my appointment and went out of her way to work with my schedule. Overall I am very satisfied and would be happy to do business with them again in the future.

Lucus and Jason diagnosed the problem with the Heatilator. Replaced the part that failed and started it right up. Very professional and were on time. I would recommend them and the company .

Jason was great! He explained the problem with my gas fireplace and the ways he could repair very clearly and I am grateful! They were able to squeeze me in the same day and everything!

Lucas Stark of Magic Touch mechanical is a pro who knows air conditioners inside out. He's very considerate and knowledgeable and treated my expensive new air conditioner with kit gloves including not putting any scratches on it. He fixed my air conditioner expertly. He walked gently on my old roof as well! He will also be coming a couple of times a year to maintain my air conditioner properly with preventative maintenance and cleaning. They're quick response time save me from having to spend a night in a hotel do to my unexpected air conditioner failure. Go with this company they are A+ rated by the Better Business Bureau. You'll be glad you did!
