Super prompt, quick and painless. Lucas came out and just came across as a very trustworthy and kind person. Everyone they've ever sent for our yearly checkups has been phenomenal!

Jason serviced our AC unit 1 week ago and found some issues that needed to be addressed. He was very professional with his explications, he showed pictures, and answered any questions we had. He came back today and took care of everything. He showed before and after photos. We would highly recommend Magic Touch, and Jason, to anyone needing AC repairs.

Edited after owner response*** let me be clear I’m not mad or upset. We paid our bill due to our misunderstanding of services. Our mistake, admitted below. What my opinion was of us services not rendered. I asked for a seasonal maintenance. Well played in your response, same as your other ones to anyone that dared to share their opinion. You also mention how anyone who dares to challenge you, which you hide behind internet opinions, leave many other one star reviews. Not the case, I have 2 other 1 star reviews since 2012 amongst a plethora of 5 star reviews, how ever you justify it best of luck with your tactics.***If your looking to hire this company for a maintenance, beware there is no maintenance involved. They came out and charged $75 per unit to tell me everything that could go wrong and what I can replace. No cleaning, no filter changes, nothing. I contacted them left a message and sent a email. No response. Disappointed with this company. I will say the techs were very polite and professional and if you want a through idea of what’s wrong or going wrong they would be fine. I should have asked what they deem a maintenance, assuming is what I did. I’m sure I’ll get an “that’s unfortunate” reply. I was hopeful someone would have responded to my call and email. Look at yelp also.

This was my first time using Magic Touch Mechanical. Jeremy was my technician he was knowledgeable efficient and polite. He had a lot of respect for me and my home! I would definitely recommend his service.

I called Magic Touch Mechanical to check out my A/C not blowing cold air consistently and not holding my set temp. They were able to schedule me first thing the next morning, which was impressive! Lucas gave me a call to let me know he would arrive in about 30 minutes and we had a quick chat about my issues. He arrived on time and checked out my unit. Gave me a VERY thorough explanation of how the whole unit worked and diagnosed my issue very quick! He explained everything in detail and answered every question I had. He was quick to repair, was very nice and professional, extremely knowledgeable and got my A/C back up and running! I will definitely be using Magic Touch Mechanical again, and for sure will be requesting Lucas as my tech =)

We've used Magic Touch for all our HVAC needs. After some sour experiences with other HVAC companies it's nice to find one in Magic Touch that is honest, trustworthy, and upfront.

Lukas showed up on time, was very personable, very respectful, and took care of my outdoor fireplace maintenance as well as giving me some information to hopefully help in the future.

Had a great first experience with Magic Touch Mechanical checking out my old trane package unit that was really showing its age with these July 100+ days. I appreciated the text with photo of the tech coming out and when to expect their arrival. Jeremy did a really great job evaluating the unit and explained in great detail what was occurring with it and what it would take to fix it up. All my questions were answered and all possible options presented in a professional and honest way with quotes in writing. We have decided to replace the unit and have so much confidence that the installation crew from Magic Touch will as professional as Jeremy, we will get a quality install and setup which is so important to a HVAC system operating correctly.

Lucas was an incredible resource for our recent home AC inspection and maintenance. He was thorough and took the time to explain everything going on with the HVAC unit and give us an idea of things to look for and be careful of. Always a relief when you find a quality and trustworthy technician. We will request to have him come out on any future HVAC needs.
