I made an appointment to have my air conditioner serviced for the first time in 3 to 4 years. The office staff was great about keeping me updated on when the technician would arrive. The technician (Lucas) showed me the issues that he found, presented options, and took before and after pictures of the changes. Lucas did a great job, was fast and efficient, personable, and put my 3 giant dogs at ease. I highly recommend Lucas.

I sent an email request through their website and got a response the same day. A day was scheduled for work on our fireplace burner. We received a text an email the day before confirming the visit. We received a call the next morning from their dispatcher letting us know the technician, Jason, would be calling in approximately 30 minutes. That call came on time, and we were informed by Jason that he would be at our house between a ten minute period that morning.
He arrived on time. He was very friendly, and professional . He explained everything that he was going to do, and suggested things we could do to keep the burners working well in the future. His cleanup was excellent. The price was as told to us when they first contacted us, and was very reasonable.
We will not hesitate to use there services again should the need arise.

Jeremy Wallace was the technician that came to our home to provide us the "fireplace modernization" package...my husband and I are very pleased with the outcome. Jeremy went about the installation in the most professional way and threw in an extra service by providing the fireplace with coals that were arranged very esthetically at no extra cost. Friends often affectionately refer to me as the "queen of adjectives," but for once I am nearly at a loss to describe how pleased and extremely satisfied I am with the outstanding customer service and technical support I have consistently received over the past ten years. Today Magic Touch outdid itself by sending first rate and super nice technician Keith S. to perform the annual maintenance inspection for my AC unit. I quickly scanned through some of the other numerous 5 star reviews for Magic Touch and I completely agreed with all of the memorably positive statements. From beginning to end, Keith S. did everything right, from calling me comfortably far in advance to let me know what time I could anticipate his arrival and showing up on time, to donning the blue booties to protect my floors, to being very well organized and impressively knowledgeable about the maintenance issues he discovered. He was able to explain his findings in a clear, concise manner and was never condescending. He took a lot of time carefully completing his checklist. Keith S. takes great pride in his work and it shows. I did considerable employee customer training when I lived in California, and Keith S. would have exceeded all of my high standards regarding his professionalism, efficiency, knowledge, and genuinely kind and friendly manner. I am certain that his admirable and cordial attitude reflects the philosophy of Rich and Michelle, who always put their customers first and consequently have developed an extremely loyal and appreciative following. Candance and Kathleen in the business office are also praiseworthy for their helpful and responsive approach to client service. Bravo to everyone! I wish that I could rate this company higher than five stars.

Had a need for A/C repair today We came home from lunch and the house was too warm. Tried to call a couple of repair services we used in the past, but they would not come out until Tuesday. Called Magic Touch Mechanical (because my husband had been checking their website previously looking into replacing our 19 year old unit this fall) and my husband spoke with a terrific lady named Pat. She took all the information and told him a service man would be out in a couple of hours. Yes, Hours not days! In less than two hours, after a call from the tech letting us know he was on his way, Jason Grebe, arrived, asked a few questions, explained what he was going to do and after our go ahead he went to work. In a very short time he found the problem, informed us of what the broken part did, how much to fix it and again, after our OK, he did the job. He was very good. He showed us the old burned up part he removed, explained all the readings he took and put the unit together and cleaned up everything. Hey, he even wore protective booties every time he came in the house. Magic Touch Mechanical will definitely get a call from me in the fall for a new A/C price quote. OH, yeah, seniors & vets get a discount.

Amazing Service with Brad! Magic Touch Mechanical answered my numerous calls over the last two weeks and never put me on hold. Brad arrived promptly this morning to replace parts in our gas fireplace. He had a great attitude and was a wonderful and professional guy. This is our first home with a fireplace so we had a lot of questions and Brad was very patient and knowledgeable on all things gas fireplace related. He even graciously removed the glass front and back on the fireplace so we could clean it while he worked. He explained everything we needed to know about operating a gas fireplace safely and the importance of carbon monoxide detectors. He wore shoe protectors and cleaned everything up before he left.
Definitely would recommend. 10/10

Replace the voltage distribution block and voltage absorber, and cleaned the indoor and outdoor coils. It had been a few years since I had maintenance done and those dirty coils were really effecting the efficiency of the unit. Not to mention it was running noisily. Now it purrs like a kitten. Well worth the $1700, and much better than the price to replace the unit if not maintained properly.
Lucas did a great job and was SUPER nice.

We were very pleased with the service! They removed our old AC, installed the new AC unit and removed & replaced the old duct work in just one day... on a day in which it was about 115 degrees outside and maybe 140-150 in the attic. Ty was EXCELLENT at his job determining what we needed and providing multiple options. We had two other contractors through Angie's List, neither of which came close to the service Ty provided, and while the others said they would have to "chop up" our ceiling to provide access to get the new AC in, and then repair it afterwords costing hundreds of dollars, The Magic Touch crew was able to get everything done without chopping up our ceiling. I had my eyes set on Goettl or Parker & Sons, but Magic Touch blew them both away. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
