Magic Touch Mechanical made the process of having my AC inspected smooth from the very first phone call and quickly got me scheduled for same week inspection. They provided a 30min heads-up call before arriving, which many companies have said they would do but then just show up without notice. Jason was very polite and thorough. He took the time to go over his findings and recommendations for maintenance and enhancements to my current system. He provided cost break down for all of the options and didn't make it feel like a pushy sales pitch. Jason exceeded my expectations for the service provided and I will definitely continue working with him and this company for my future AC/Heating needs.

Keith did a great job troubleshooting what was wrong with our garage split set. We had a refrigerant leak and he figured it out quick. He was also very friendly and pleasant to have around during the repair. The office team did great working around my tight schedule to fit my appointment in at the end of the day. I would recommend Magic Touch Mechanical to anyone looking for quality and professional work.

Jason was amazing! If I could give him a million stars I would! My one year old AC suddenly started blowing hot air today August 31 and I called Magic Touch Mechanical and he came over almost immediately to check my furnace out. Turns out the fan motor was broke and he had to order a new part and that part would cost over $900! Luckily I have a 5 year warranty so I don’t have to pay a dime. Jason went above and beyond though. Even though he can’t come back to install a new motor until tomorrow, he showed me a work around to get my 95 degree house cooled down. And it worked! The temp is now down to a cool 75 degrees and he told me what steps to take if the motor is overheating again and the temp starts going up again before he could get here tomorrow.

Always make sure to get a warranty with any expensive appliance as the parts to repair could be astronomical. I had asked why the motor broke when it was only a year old and he said 1-2% of the time, you could get a new unit that had a defective motor from the start. I was one of the unlucky ones to get a defective motor. Fortunately, I bought the unit when they had a sale going on for a free 5 year warranty if you buy from Magical Touch and have them install it.

It was a pleasure to interact with Jason and Brad. Magic Touch was able to schedule them on the day of my choice. Jason called at 8am to set a specific time, which became 8:30. They arrived on the dot. They were courteous, knowledgable and expedient in servicing our 2 AC units on the roof. The work wrapped up in 90 minutes, and we had a thorough discussion in the comfort of out kitchen. I would definitely recommend Magic Touch to others.

Magic Touch replaced our two rooftop heat pumps last week. Darrel and his crew (I wish I could remember their names...sorry, guys) did a super job on both units. We're very satisfied with the entire process, from planning & sales (Mike) to the finished installation. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and competent. Oh...and we got a great price, too. Highly recommended.

Jeremy came and cleaned our outside fire pit which required red rolling some holes. He also tested and inspected our inside gas fireplace. He was very professional and explained everything thoroughly and ensured we understood. He took pictures and showed us what was going on and offered a variety of options for repair and / or replacement. I would highly recommend Magic Touch Mechanical. I twice had out the competitor who did not have nearly the same level of customer service

We have a maintenance plan that covers a basic yearly checkup after Magic Touch installed a new unit over 10 years ago. We have been happy customers since the installation. Today we had one of our two annual inspections completed. They sent a professional technician named Lucas. Our unit is getting up in age and with the constant use it provides in the hot Arizona summers Lucas found a number of critical issues. He explained that the unit was in bad shape and needed replaced. He showed me some pictures of the problems found in my unit and recommended Bosch. Because of the expense I am facing I have scheduled a second opinion to be completed. I appreciate the honesty and integrity found at Magic Touch.

I don't write many reviews because it takes time and most of the time, service is just ok. Today was an exception! Lucas came to fix our gas fireplace and all I can say is....we will use this company (requesting Lucas) to service our A/C, duct cleaning and our fireplace (if needed). He was super professional, explained everything as he was working and was a young man that we felt really comfortable having in our home!

We are selling our house and have been scrambling to find a fireplace maintenance company to get our fireplace in working order. Jason was our technician and came out to service our unit. Jason in a matter of minutes got it operational. He was very professional and explained each step of what he was doing along with recommending future services we may like to get at some point down the line. I would highly recommend this company and would specifically ask for Jason to come in the future.
