Lucas came and checked and cleaned my gas fireplace. He added new embers,
and was respectful of my property. Lucas is a courteous professional and who cleaned up after the work was done.

Lucas Stark, technician for Magic Touch, arrived to perform an inspection on the Bosch units installed last year. A good and energetic teacher, he provided an informative overview of what and how he’d check our two units. His inspection was thorough and complete. In addition, he was a delight to speak with.

I don't write many reviews, but Jeremey W. definitely deserves one! He was extremely professional and spent after hours with us to fix our fireplace.

When he first showed up he put booties on (even though he didn't have to) and help us troubleshoot our fireplace to the n'th degree. He was willing to work late and diagnosed the entire unit (Astria Sirius direct vent) to make sure everything was working properly, ended up fixing our fireplace just in time for a Christmas party. Highly recommended service!

I purchased a house and one of the requested repairs was to fix gas fireplace. Prior owners hired this company and left the repair invoice and warranty for me. After I moved in to the house, the fireplace still does not work. When I called the company, they refused to come without diagnostic fee. They did not respect the warranty because they claimed “it’s non-transferrable”. There is nothing mentioned in the warranty section about the non transferability. I would not use this company nor recommend. They didn’t fix the issue and they refused to come back to fix. Not a good practice of a respected company.

Ty Sharp at Magic Touch Mechanical has really gone above and beyond to help us with the heating and cooling information we needed. Thank you Mr. Sharp and Magic Touch Mechanical for providing us with quality service at highly competitive pricing. We had some poor experience with other HVAC companies, but you have restored my faith in the HVAC industry. You guys rock!

Lucas came out today for general maintenance, upstairs coil cleaning, and to fix a couple of things on our condenser unit. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Awesome guy to talk to and work with. Thank you Lucas for your high quality work!

We used Magic Touch to install a fireplace system and Jason was our installer. We were very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge of product, and courteous manner.
Jason worked hard locating materials necessary to complete the install and did so, completing the job in a timely way.

A great company with great service. I replaced one air condition unit earlier this year. They tell you what to expect and deliver what they tell you. I was impressed every step of the way from the project manager to the office staff to the installers... Later when I had an issue on a weekend, the answering service, office staff and technician were all top notch as well. I will be buying my next AC for the other half of my house from them as well.

Researching for a replacement ductless system, I found the blog articles to be spot on! Easy well written, informative and clever humor to boot!
I would use these guys if I was local, but I'm in different state. I emailed the company to let them know how helpful they were and I was contacted to say thanks even though they have nothing to benefit. But YOU do. When our 1-year-old San Tan Valley a/c wasn't keeping up in the summer of 2021, a neighbor recommended I contact Day Advanced Air. I did and the owner very honestly said they were too busy to take on another job. He recommended I contact Magic Touch as he had gone to school with the owner and knew they would do a good job. Steve Day, if you're reading this, I hope you stop recommending Magic Touch!

Over the course of June, July and August of 2021, Magic Touch technicians took apart the air conditioner and found nothing, so had to recharge it with new refrigerant; identified the problem as a leak in the lineset and replaced the entire lineset (three trucks on site, multiple technicians for over 12 hours); did a dye test because it was still leaking and said it was the A-frame coil, they'd have to order a new one. In October, when we asked about the replacement part, they were quite puzzled, what were we talking about (we had the invoice for it!) and sent a technician out to get information to ORDER THE PART, which was still under warranty; this technician muttered under his breath about "new guys who don't know anything," leading me to believe that whomever had been doing the diagnosing and who needed all the help to replace the lineset was acknowledged by other company employees as Not Having A Clue. They replaced the coil (part covered by warranty, remember!), refilled refrigerant that had been further depleted by all the horsing around and we went into the cooler months with the a/c seeming to work. We paid Magic Touch $4100.89 during that summer. The BRAND NEW air conditioner, the previous year, had cost only about $1500 more than that!

Fast forward to spring of 2022 and guess what, the a/c isn't keeping up. We contacted Steve's Ultimate Air. They have identified the problem as the lineset, which apparently was soldered so badly on that marathon day that the whole thing needs to be replaced AGAIN. Steve's charge for this is under $500, however.

Stay Far, Far Away from Magic Touch. They are bait and switch scam artists who send untrained and incapable technicians to your home and who do not stand behind their work
