Jeremy explained in easy to understand language what needed to be fixed and why. He provided pictures of everything that required attention in our HVAC system and took the time to address our biggest concerns right away. He had a thorough understand of our Bosch system and made a big difference in our comfort level.

They did a maintenance check up. That we paid for.
Said we needed a $3,000 + part.
That's about half of what the stupid unit cost.
With all the repairs we have spent on this new unit, we could of bought another. Everytime Magic Touch comes,, something is needed.
We refused it, it seems to be fine to us.
So far have heard nothing from magic touch, not even a " how'd we do" questionnaire. Hmmm.

Last check up 5/23
Again, please don't ever buy Trane.
We could of bought 3 if we had paid for all the repairs that were suggested.
Guess now we'll keep our fingers crossed and hope.
To bad we didn't call one of these TV stations for help, to investigate.
Trane definitely sent us a bad AC.

I have a gas fireplace, it has not worked properly for long time. Jason diagnosed a faulty wall switch. The fire place is working great.

I just really want to give a shout out to Jason. He's the best a/c tech guy I've ever interacted with. He's extremely thorough, efficient, timely and respectful. Aside from how great his work ethic, and actual work, is. His customer service is impeccable. He showed his everything he was going to do and did, really took his time to answer our questions and was very respectful when needed to enter the house.

Magic touch overall was a quick and easy experience work with. Kathleen, is very kind and straightforward, helped us get everything book and stayed in top of checking in with us. Bart was also very well versed in ac units and kind. And I appreciated him following up with us when we thought we might need to get a new unit.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing ac repair work.
