I was extremely impressed with Manny’s Air. They took care of my home very quickly and for a lot less than the other 2 quotes I got. Not to mention I called them in the middle of July on a Friday at 5pm and they had it installed the next morning by noon.

They did show up the same day. N changed a part on my unit but i asked if he checked the gas the guy told me yes that it was fine. Well my a/c dint cool So i called another guy n all they did put gas n my a/c worked great. I called their office n they never called back. They over charged i think too

My mother-in-law has had countless issues with this company. Every time she lets them know of an issue, a new one comes up the next day and there would be a new problem. It took them coming by frequently for 2 years for the roof to stop leaking. Today her a/c stopped working and the person she talked to on the phone was rude and of no help. From her comments and other reviews, it seems to me that this company only hires morons. In a place like Arizona, a/c companies that are this unprofessional should not be in business. It is too dangerous for their clients to have to put up with this kind of lack of service.

Wow... Manny's is a lifesaver. Our HP failed this Labor Day weekend. I called many places, who either weren't available or wanted very much to come out. Most said they probably wouldn't be able to get parts until Tuesday.
Talked to Manny. Found him to be very professional. He told us our options, and made recommendations. And he was very reasonable and easy to deal with. And he didn't try to gouge us. Manny, you have gained our business. We will be calling Manny for preventative maintenance and service in the future.

I called Manny's on recommendation of my good friend Augie Gastelum. My A/C was not working at my storefront and I worried it would be a large repair. Josh at the front desk went through a series of diagnostics on the phone and it turns out I just needed to replace my batteries on the console! In the future, I will definitely use Manny's for all my A/C servicing needs. Businesses that do the right thing by the customer whether they are paid or not are few and far between. Affraid of being scammed by most (professionals), my family and I went with no AC all of last year. This year we thought we'd give them a chance to earn our business. George Brazil & Pinguin Air quoted me over $3500.00 because (I needed a new compressor.) Manny's Air came over and I had cold AC within 10 minutes. Something is wrong with this picture. Manny's Air is honest, compassionate, professional and the entire team is so neat and clean even their trucks shine. it is unbelievalble the quality of work they deliver. You will invest in your AC unit with great pleasure when you do business with Manny's Air. I have never experienced such sincere customer service. THERE REALLY ARE SOME PROFESSIONALS OUT THERE. These guys came to my house and tried to convince me that my AC compressor was gone and could not be repaired. I called another company and they came out to my house and fixed my AC for a hundred bucks and it lasted three more years not very satisfied with these guys.

Manny's has these big signs in their windows, that they sell a/c parts. Well they do just hope they sell you the right one.
I bought a capacitor from them. They sold it to me from a not to great of a picture I took. When I got home the labels on the caps were different, there was a difference in microferrites. Don't ask me what they mean. I didn't install it, I took it back. I don't want to install a part to blow up my A/C, BUT MAYBE THEY DO, SO THEY CAN CHARGE TO COME REPLACE THE SYSTEM AFTER THEY SOLD YOU THE WRONG PART.
I took the part back with receipt. I was told that if that's what they sold me it was right. I said there is a difference, is it the same? The guy at the counter just looks at me blankly. I asked can I install it and it will work properly... Still blank stare. Then he turns and points to the sign that says no return on electrical parts.
I'm like what am I supposed to do with this $70 piece? He just shrugs.
Now here is the kicker, I drove 45 minutes out of my way to return this paperweight. I live 2 hours from mesa, so by the time I drive back and forth, plus all my time and gas....I have over $150 in something that they clearly sold me was wrong.
So it may be nice they sell A/C parts, but don't expect to be able to return them. Think about, very few parts in an A/C system are pure mechanical. So I guess have comfort in knowing a fan blade can be returned, but 85% of the rest of the stuff can't be.
So in the end. Buy parts at YOUR OWN RISK, because they won't take them back. I don't know if 2 microferrites makes a difference, I will never know. I had to buy the part twice, plus the 4 hours time driving.
Save your time, and money. Go anywhere else.

*UPDATE* 9/12 contacted Manny, and the situation has be rectified.
