*I'd like to mention that unhappy customers should NOT blame the contractor when the issue is the fault if the warranty company!

Update:
They got back to me. Scheduled fast. Installed the wrong motor, came back quickly with the right one and installed that. Overall they did good and fixed the problem.
My blower motor is broken and they said they would call to let me know when they could probably get the part and reschedule to install, but it has been several days and I have not had any updates. Some communication would be nice especially with colder weather on the way.

After we re-painted, our Nest thermostat wasn't connecting with the AC unit on our roof. The receptionist/scheduling person was very helpful and accommodating when we needed to reschedule and the repairmen were thorough and professional. When it wasn't an easy answer to diagnose, they called other members of their team and got the issue resolved. In addition to correcting the thermostat, they also identified and corrected a fuse issue and missing heating caps.
My husband and I were very happy with our service - everyone was professional and kind and they went above and beyond to see that our system is now in good working order.

I used them twice. I found out about them through an app for contractors. I literally have nothing bad to say about them. They shows up on time and texted me before they show up. They did the job relatively quick and charged me a reasonable amount. The thermostat installation was $100. The maintenance was $80. And a capacitor replacement was $287 without warranty.
I would definitely recommend to friends and family if they keep the good work and good prices
