TLC Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

They came out to my place, as I told them I was having problems with my AC unit. I told them the issues, and they came out. Guy looked at it, and didn't fix it, call me back, or give me diagnosis. I had to pay a service fee for nothing. I called them, and rep took my info, but still have not heard from them.

My air conditioning wasn't working on the hottest day of the year. They arrived early and got it working right away

So unfortunately I had to have my thermostat replaced,fortunately it is December. Brad and Jerry were a delight to have in my home. Not only were they fast, efficient, professional,knowledgeable and friendly they had a great sense of humor and in the twenty whole minutes it took them to replace it they had me cracking up. They also told me that my candle burning was taking a toll on my air filter and to replace it asap as that could have been a contributing factor to the thermostat going out. They also told me what size I needed and the best place to purchase. I will definitely be telling all my home owner friends that this is the place to call. Local business small business and is affiliated with the largest recovery program in Mesa. These guy’s are hard workers with great attitudes and I am happy I got to meet my future ac company for all of our Arizona weather problems!!

I had a wiring, tstat issue. Knowledgeable technicia who showed up when scheduled, very thoroughand for a reasonable rate resolved the issue.

My daughter has used this company and was extremely pleased with everything about them so after a week with our AC unit not functioning, she contacted them to ask if they could come to our home and check our unit. That night, Dustin the owner called me and said he'd have a technician out the next.day. Excellent communication to let me know the status of the tech as to arrival time as well as who it would be. Adam the tech was efficient, informative, knowledgeable and personable. He quickly found the problem and I was elated to know we did not need to replace the unit. I appreciated the fact that he was honest about the problem and did not try to convince me a new unit was needed, as many other AC companies have done. Finally a good experience with an AC company.

I put a few inquiries out for air conditioning services, and TLC was the very first company to reply within minutes. Dustin was quick, responsive and provided excellent communication service via phone and text with me. I was able to get the repair scheduled and fixed the very next day. They even send you a link to track where the technician is. They are easy to text to even get an update on eta on the technician en route.

The technician, named Bradley that serviced our air conditioning unit was also super nice, friendly and patient in explaining and answering all of our questions and concerns. He arrived right on time and even stuck around to just check our other units just in case if there are any issues that we are unaware of or might need to be aware of in the future. Turns out one of our other units needs a new fan motor. So without hesitation, I contacted Dustin for a quote. They need to order the part, so they will send Brad out once the new part arrives to do the repair for us.

I'm no expert in air conditioning units and costs associated with the repair. But, I felt they are reasonable and will get the job done right the first time. I own a business of my own and 100% rely on valid and recent customer reviews. TLC meets all my requirements in hiring a qualified company, that I wholeheartedly trust and would recommend to anyone looking for repairs or maintenance on their air conditioning units. This company is really great to work with. We used them last year for a repair and then will now be using them to replace our AC unit. They are professional, prompt, easy to schedule and very thorough. We had quotes from a few other places and wouldn’t trust my money with the others at all. Highly recommend TLC!

The guys showed up on time, they were professional, courteous and they explained what they were doing. They replaced my compressor, they did a great job and she is blowing ice cold again! I’m very happy!
