Office staff is great. Very solid communication. Every tech was professional and informative. I used them through my home warranty. I will be calling TLC directly in the future for other needs as well.

Highly recommended! These guys came in for a 2nd opinion on our AC unit, figured out what was wrong (after first opinion said our AC was totaled), and solved the problem. Super nice guys and very thorough. They'll be our AC people from here on out.

Very nice and professional. The universal part they had wouldn’t work for our unit. They Ordered the part needed to get the heater to work. They were back in just a couple days and fix the issue.

Very kind and courteous! I'm a new home owner, and the previous owner neglected a lot. They were able to clean my air ducts (which were really bad) for a very reasonable price.
