After receiving this review they now refuse to come do the repair.
Corporation Commission website states John Schwary as the member so I am assuming he is the owner.
This company does not stand behind their work so buyer beware.

I used them through OneGuard. My wife is a top 1% realtor in AZ and we have used OneGuard as a home warranty referral. We have informed OneGuard of this experience and requested they sever ties with this company.

The initial visit took over a week. They then misdiagnosed the problem then ordered the wrong part so it took 3 visits to address the situation. Every time I would try to explain that I shouldn't be put back to the end of the line they did not get it. Now my a/c unit is not working again just over 30 days later. I call again and explain how I should be a priority and again they cannot seem to understand the since of urgency

We know it’s Arizona summers and busy season but this company was honest with wait times and Chris stayed at our place to ensure his fix was working before heading out to his next call. Kind and informative. Highly recommend.

We are still in the middle of our process with them, but we also use a home warranty company so it's been quick-ish. We've been without AC for1.5 weeks now, the day it went out I contacted our home warranty company, but they couldn't come out until the next business day, which was a Monday. OK, fair BUT they also have no triage system and just go first come first serve, which seems fine unless you are about to undergo surgery like me and have to be home bound for a few days during all of this. It's hot and it's AZ, and we are still waiting on a new unit. There is no date of install/repair scheduled yet, but there is a date to measure for metal work. There are so many moving pieces, but they have been responsive to the home warranty so far, but have not been able to accomodate any special needs or requests so far. I will update more once the job is completed.

Update- job is completed. They completed the removal, AC install and everything within 4 hours and arrived on time. We have AC now! Yay! We DID have to remove part of a wall/fence since they didn't order a crane, when we thought they might but it was super easy.

May I just say I have had many companies at my home to repair my AC unit, and no one can come close to how professional this company is!!! The entire staff will take care if your needs , from answering phones , to keeping you informed, and giving you peace of mind that your home will be completely taken care of . Thank you so much for a job well done !!!

Brad from TLC is great. Super responsive. These guys have done two jobs for me at my rental property. They communicate well, are on time and do quality work. Nothing replaces someone you can trust.

TLC was very cost effective and responsive. They came out to do standard maintenance on our air conditioning system. This is our 2nd time using them and they do great work for a great price.
