Recently used TLC Refrigeration and Air Conditioning for replacing an aging AC unit. From quote to install everything was super easy and well explained. The pricing I received was also very competitive. I would recommend them for any AC repair or new installs.

The whole process was efficient, satisfying and pleasant from start to finish. From the initial assessment / diagnosis by Adam to the repair by Antonio, both gentlemen were prompt, efficient, polite and responsive. They walked me through the process, the work they were doing and provided insight into my system. They cleaned up after themselves and left the place looking great. TLC provides good value and don’t leave until the work is done. Highly recommended.

TLC was able to sent a technician over asap. Antonio was efficient knew right away how to fix it and with on hours my ac was running again. My unit is over 20 years old a different company would off not even give it a try and try to sale me a new unit. Thank you TLC and Antonio for helping me out during 110 degrees.

They seemed to have done a thorough maintenance check. They arrived in the window timeframe and explained everything. There were no issues so it was nice they didn't try to up-sell a service.

Btw - our A/c is pretty old and the call was through my home warranty. I half expected a report that we needed work or something. Good experience!

Failed to repair our a/c but still tried to charge for a service already paid for. Their scheduling is at LEAST a week out. It's been a full 6 weeks without a/c and being constantly on a week long list to schedule with them again and again. Not to mention neither the technicians nor the staff are of any help. Your time is money, don't let them waste it.

Jerry and AJ were on time, very professional and did the work in an efficient manner. They were careful not to bump any walls or furniture and did excellent clean up.
I would highly recommend TLC and the team!

The gentleman was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He walked me through our issue step-by-step and by step and gave me tips on how to prevent it from occurring again. Great service!

This company is honest and amazing. Last year I had Parker & Sons come out and tune up my AC and all they told me is I need to replace it or it’s not going to last the summer. For some reason I didn’t listen to them. I had another company because I have a nine disclosure with them I cannot mention their name but they are crooks, rip me off for solar and a new AC unit came out to tuneup the AC unit I bought from them and told me the other one needs to be replaced. Even had the nerve to give me a quote.

However, when TLC came out they tuned up my unit, told me I have a train AC unit and as long as I continuously tune it up it should last another 10 years. I strongly recommend TLC because of their honesty. Whenever I have any AC issues they’re going to be the first and only company I call!
