Spam calls and texts to my phone from this company for a tuneup. I have a company I use and like. Not sure how they got my info, nor do I appreciate spamming me. I'm very busy and if my equipment is out, I will use a company who doesn't use this desperate method of finding customers.

Service tech did not seem very knowledgeable. Took pictures of vents and popped head in attic. Said he would need to let another tech know. Problem is one room gets very hot. Tech said it is because unit it outside that room. I have never had that happen in any of the homes we have owned. Currently have a home in Chandler as well with unit outside a room and no problem at all. Now need a second opinion and another out of pocket fee. On a positive he was nice
