Full service with Hope AC. We renovated our commercial office building in 2019, Victor and his team at Hope were there from the start installing all new electrical wiring, HVAC units, fixtures and more. They were great also when working with City of Scottsdale permits. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Victor and Sam are awesome. We had them over to install ceiling fans and light sconces. Quality work done quickly and professionally at a fair price. Will definitely be calling again for any other electrical projects.

Doesn't anybody repair A/Cs anymore? I am sure you are wondering, too. That's why you're reading this review. So the drip pan on my A/C evaporator unit was rusted out and leaking water from the ceiling. I must have called seven A/C repair companies, and they did nothing but have someone in their "sales force" call me back and use all kinds of scare tactics to get me to buy a new unit. It didn't make sense to me because my A/C still cools my condo nicely, it's just drippy.

Exasperated, I went on Craigslist hoping to find someone to do the repair, and the second place I called was Hope Refrigeration. I didn't realize I was talking to the owner, Victor, at first, but to my surprise, even before I could finish telling him what the problem was, he knew EXACTLY what was causing the drip pan to leak, and how it needs to be fixed. He knows his stuff, and is very knowledgeable!

It was the weekend, and since it wasn't an emergency, Victor came out on Monday to get model number, take some measurements, etc. He called me back the next day to tell me that the company doesn't make these drip pans anymore but can "fabricate" one; however, it would take 10-15 days. Victor came up with an even better solution: He has a contact that owns a metal shop that can make one, with exact specifications, in two days!

Just like he promised, within two days, Victor and his team were out to install the brand new drip pan. They showed me the old one after they removed it. What a mess! It was completely rusted and corroded. This new "custom" pan is a markedly improved version (see picture). It has newer-style insulation, and a rubberized sealant for extra protection. I was so impressed that I took a picture of it. These guys could probably start a business repairing these drip pans that obviously have some sort of defect.

So if you are in need of A/C repairs and "hoping" to find someone who is polite, knowledgeable, capable, and won't try to talk you into unneeded, expensive repairs, I would definitely give Hope Refrigeration a call.

We contacted Hope AC as a referral from one of our neighbors. They were a lot cheaper than all the other offers we received for the same unit installed. They did an amazing job installing the new unit and followed up a couple weeks later to ask if everything was alright.

I had to call them almost a year later to come out and see why the unit was not turning on. They came out the next day to troubleshoot the issue and found that one of the wires inside the Trane unit itself worked free from the housing causing the fan to not turn on. This was an issue on Trane’s end and not Hope AC. If they did not have the experience/expertise to work on the unit it would have been a replacement order and time wasted waiting for the new part to come in.

I had an issue with my electrical wiring, power had gone out in part of my home. My fiance found number, gave Victor a call and he came out that afternoon to inspect and locate the problem. Vicyor was able to come out the very next day and quickly fix the problem. He kept us informed all of the way, showing us pictures of the current status and what his plan was to fix it, make it safer and more reliable and quoted us a very reasonable price to fix the problem. Victor was a great, honest, respectful guy, which made us feel good about our repair and the additional safety measures he was including in the repair. I have a blind, autistic 6 year old son and Victor was extremely courteous while working to do the repair, to not alarm him when coming in and out of the house. He was very compassionate about my son's special needs, the importance of needing the power to work properly and safely for my family. He did a great job on the work and giving me piece of mind that my wiring was going to be safer than the state it was in when he first got here. I do and will continue to recommend Victor and his team for their services. It's hard to find dependable, reliable, honest contractors these days. I'm so glad we made the call!

Victor and his team are awesome! He is friendly, courteous, prompt and reasonable on his rates. What more could you ask for?

Had some electrical work done as well as some new duct work installed, and they did a great job. His pricing was significantly less than what I was quoted from one of his competitors.

If you need anything, do yourself a favor and be sure to call Hope. I know they have just become our go to guys for any future projects at our home.

I highly recommend Hope AC and Electric! Victor and his team did a great job on all of our projects! They added electrical outlets on the back of the house, changed out all of the electrical outlets through our the house, installed fans, new lighting, moved ac vents and installed under mount lighting under our kitchen cabinets, that look awesome!!! We get so many compliments on the cabinet lighting!! He’s very professional and his prices are super reasonable! You won’t be disappointed!!

Victor had come to fix my ceiling fan which had some bad electrical problems and he was so helpful and good at communicating the issues and how to solve them! Would definitely recommend again and I plan to use these services in the future!

Our air conditioning stopped working during the night during summer. After a call to Hope AC and electrical we kind of expected a long delay before they'd arrive because that's the kind of service we've had from other companies. But... in a very short time Victor arrived and had the house cooled down mid morning. He was polite, efficient, and talked to our dogs. I'd recommend Hope AC and Victor any day.

I hired Victor for residential and commercial jobs in the same month. He showed up on schedule, offered creative options, knew compliance regulations, and got our projects done perfectly and on budget. He criticizes his own work and tweaks until he's happy with it so you'll have nothing to complain about when he leaves. We'll certainly use this company again.
