This company is top notch!! Very professional from the minute I called to set up the appointment to get my AC fixed to being on time for the service. Ken was amazing! So informative ,helpful and easy to work with. When the installers came to put in my new AC until they too were amazing! David and Robert were so professional and pleasant to have in my home while they were doing the install. The whole group of emoyees I encountered were THE BEST!!!!! They all deserve more than 5 stars!!! Thank you Air Care!

Ken identified a clog in my pipes that could have led to major issues with water backing up in the unit. He was able to clear the pipes and reconfigured them to prevent future problems. He was professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with today. No wonder he is a Senior Technician!
