Rescue One Air Heating & Cooling

Rescue One Air has always been professional, timely and helpful. After being our main maintenance provider on our old unit, they sold us a new one when it was time in 2020 and have done all the maintenance on it since. We have never had any problems with the new unit and are very pleased. Our recent technician, Travis was very friendly and efficient and I felt like I could trust what he had to say. I hope that we get to work with him again on future maintenance visits!

Shane was awesome! He took the time to explain the whole process to me with drawings and pictures of my unit. He was upfront about the severity (or lack thereof) for each issue so that I coukd make informed decisions. I felt respected rather than like he was just trying to sell me something. (He even took time to help the dogs acclimate to him so that I wouldn't have to lock them up while he worked.) What a refreshing change of pace to deal with a local, family owned business- honest, kind, and trustworthy!

Just had a great visit with Scott. He was very personable, and very helpful in explaining how our HVAC system functions. We needed to replace our air scrubber, which we didn’t know about. Scott took the time and explained (air scrubber) how it works along with our system. I liked also that he checked the air quality in our house, since we had been using our heater for a few days, there was no natural gas malfunction. I would highly recommend Scott for any service calls and for any other service that may be needed. Thank You!

Our AC went out Sunday night. I was able to request service online, which I liked. Customer service returned the call early in the morning and was able to send someone out in 30 minutes. John identified the issue quickly, and the repair was reasonably priced. He was thorough and gave us good tips on maintenance. Prevention would've saved us money!

Travis came out today. He was very professional, polite and explained exactly what he was doing. He offered recommendation on what we might need for our home, he explained what benefits they included but was not pushy in anyway at all. Definitely great service.

I just had Caleb come out here to evaluate my AC unit. He was very thorough and explained exactly what needed to be done. After giving us several options we had cool air in about 25 minutes. Thank you Caleb for your great work!

A hugeThank you to Caleb and Rescue One Air Team. I was without AC over a year in my home. Went through many changes to get repaired, never received only a bill warranty company went out of business. I contact Rescue One Air spoke with Caleb he was here the next day. Caleb he looked at AC unit inside and outside I needed a new AC with no warranty no money finance was offered my credit was to low. Caleb worked out a payment plan and the next day s team was here. This team worked through lunch until a brand new unit was completed. I and my grandchildren now have reliable good cool AC within 24 hours. Caleb and Rescue One Air Team is the best I've ever known. I recommend anyone to this company there is no other like it. Scott came out to our house twice in the past few weeks. He is professional, intelligent and kind. He made friends with our dog and went above and beyond in cleaning, explaining and then coming back out when we decided we wanted to subscribe to the company’s maintenance plan for five years.

Their ladies who take your call or call you to confirm the appointment are amazing and very responsive.

I don’t normally feel like I’m getting an incredible deal when signing up for stuff, but I feel like their plan is extremely generous and something everyone should consider if you need someone to check on your a/c system. Thank you, Scott and thank you, Rescue One! .

Matt was AMAZING! I’ve lived here not quite a year. Got an annual inspection. Matt showed me the value of buying a maintenance contract - I buy the contract, the things I needed were covered. The prices were reasonable compared to other companies I’ve used - maybe even too good! And he had a winning personality. He was fun to chat with and I felt like he was my son’s best friend taking care of me.

Company had great reviews which made me comfortable letting them even look at my AC unit. I knew I wanted a service contract before he walked in the door because of the reviews. Thanks to everyone before me who wrote a review too! We have to help each other find the diamonds. This company is a diamond!

My man Matthew came to check on my unit for a summer maintenance check and he was absolutely informative without being pushy and was a nice guy all around. He was helpful and gave me a few simple options that helped keep things affordable for patching this unit, and also gave me a good deal for a brand new unit.
