Rescue One Air Heating & Cooling

I am very grateful to have Rescue One Air, helping me to maintain my heating and cooling system, and especially the Technician, Hector. Along with all other maintenance tasks Hector took care of today, he also ensured that my air scrubber was working, and replaced the lightbulb, to aid in the removal of organisms. (I was especially happy to have this device during the worst part of Covid.) I appreciate how knowledgeable Hector is, and he has always made helpful recommendations about my system, which I have followed. Hector is the absolute best!

So happy with this company! Jason helped with a new install and Shane came out to help with the one month inspection. So friendly and knowledgeable and quick to respond!

Our AC unit stopped working and Josh came out after hours at 9:00 at night and he was awesome. Got us back up in running in less than an hour. Recommend this company

He explained in detail about the type of maintenance performed and appropriate recommendations. Great customer service is what keeps happy the customer and Darren just proof that. Thank you!

Mr. Scott was very professional and efficient with his work. He changed my filters and brushed the dusts on the vents. Climbed the ladder to make sure the unit was working properly and made sure I had the start kit that would help with the operation of my unit. He went the extra mile and friendly as well.

I had an issue or a miscommunication with the lady named Valerie in the office earlier and she kind of put a sour note in my direction. But when Scott arrived a negative feeling turned positive. It’s very important to have the right people to work for a company especially if they’re the ones assisting the customers face to face. They’re the ones who makes the company look good and give them a good name.

Woke up to a thermostat not working. Contacted Rescue One.
John came out to repair our thermostat. He called, arrived within the estimated time frame. John was friendly, professional and explained what the problem was with the thermostat. John was pleasant, kind and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions.

Rescue One CARES about their customers. They are professional, courteous, and easy to deal with. I love the lady who does my scheduling. She is great and lets my sister (I referred my sister because they are that amazing) and I schedule together since we live in close proximity to one another My serviceman is SILAS and he is absolutely AMAZING! He is not high pressure, he is HONEST, and he always answers all of my questions. SILAS is pleasant and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. My sister's AC went out during the heat of summer and they lent her cooling units until they could replace her very old AC unit. This saved her discomfort and literally saved her dog's life. Dealing with Silas and the Rescue One staff is like dealing with great friends who only want the best for you. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rescue One.

Scott stopped by our home today and he was a pleasure to talk to. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us recommendations on how to protect our unit and the products for better quality. He's detailed and professional. Thanks a lot Scott.

Had my recent visit for the air conditioning check up and maintenance. They did wonderful! The tech that came to my house named Scott was very polite and very professional. Had a very positive experience with him.

On April 18th, John from Rescue One, serviced my AC unit. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Would prefer to have him as my service person in the future.
