Rescue One Air Heating & Cooling

My wife and I needed our HVAC system replaced (our existing unit was over 25 years old!). We'd read up on which HVAC brands we trusted the most and we decided we wanted a Carrier brand HVAC system. When looking over reviews of Carrier authorized HVAC contractors in the Phoenix metro, Rescue One stood out from the rest. They had stellar reviews on Google and Yelp, they recently won the Better Business Bureau Torch award for ethics in 2022, and had an A+ BBB rating. When we asked for a quote on the installation, their staff didn't push us to add any extra unnecessary add-ons, nor did we ever feel pressured to accept their offer. We even had them out a second time to review their quote. When we decided to get the installation done, they took care of everything. They brought the crane to take away the old unit, they helped us setup the new wifi thermostat, and made sure to clean up after themselves when they came in our home. And everyone we've worked with at Rescue One has been friendly and professional all the way. Our new system runs beautifully and we're good to go for this summer and many summers to come. If you're in the market for a new Carrier system or need a simple repair to your HVAC system, Rescue One blew us away. And clearly we're not the only ones.

Scott came out today and did an AC check on my home system. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He even went as far as to glue up some insulation that was falling into the fan at no charge.

Scott came by today and completed our 6 Mos. Checkup. Rescue air installed our Carrier system a couple years back and it works great and is reliable with their service. Critical here in AZ. Scott and all the staff have always been easy to understand and to learn a few new things along the way to keep it running. Recommend highly!

Our Air Conditioning went out in the heat of summer and we were unable to get a new unit from anyone. Rescue One was truly the only team to come to the Rescue as they were the only ones to suggest the right fix!Our AC Unit wasn’t completely broken yet and without this advice we would’ve had to get a hotel and our house would’ve sat at over 100 degrees!
