Rescue One Air Heating & Cooling

Amazing service. HVAC broke over memorial day weekend and Rescue One Air came out to repair the leak. Both Matt, Alex and Sirus (think that was his name) did an amazing job. Couldn’t be happier and can’t recommend enough.

Scott with RescueOneAir was amazing! As a new home owner, he was extremely helpful, walked me through most of everything going on with my heating & cooling. While he went through, he explained it easy enough that I could understand and learn! Looking forward to working with Scott in the future!

Joshua came to service my HVAC system. He was friendly, efficient, explained everything he did & cleaned up when he was done. I really appreciate that, as in this day & age it doesn't happen very often. I will definitely use Rescue One Air for all ny HVAC needs.

Had a service appointment for Rescue One Air to come out and inspect my HVAC and heating system. Thankfully I had the service plan, and even though I was in the process of selling my home and sold my plan with the home, Rescue One Air still allowed me to utilize the plan since the house was still in my name.

John came over to the house, quickly identified I needed a new capacitor. He changed the part and even cleaned my coils. This happened the day before I was scheduled to close, the buyers; new to AZ, were still not satisfied with the results. John went above and beyond, going back to my house to educate the buyers on how the HVAC works. He provided me with the details I needed to communicate back to my agent, ensuring we were just dealing with people who didn't have an understanding of HVAC systems and extreme heat. I can't express how awesome Rescue One Air was and even more how John handled this call.

I highly recommend Rescue One Air. Every time they have come out, all the technicians I have interacted with have been professional and knowledgeable. I would also recommend you get that service plan. Again, a big big shoutout to John, he didn't have to do what he did, so a big thank you.

Scott and Matt are very pleasant, helpful, and friendly, while still efficiently going about their work. They are on time, polite, clean up afterwards, and spend the time with us to go over what they did, as well as go over any notes about the system and suggestions to help us take proper care of it. Additionally, they remember our family, previous visits, and work done. I highly recommend this company and these two techs.
