I recently had the pleasure of working with Scottsdale Air to install a new system, and I must say, these guys are absolutely amazing. From start to finish, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism and delivered a level of service that exceeded my expectations.

WOW!!! Got a 2 stage AC unit installed today by Scottsdale Air Heating/Cooling. Josh & Albert was absolutely AWESOME throughout the entire visit. Kept us informed all along the way, cleaned up professionally, worked together as a great team and bottom line, we're extra excited with the unit and work done.
I got two other bids & I must say, they were the best value for what we wanted and needed. The salesperson, Russ, was very honest, professional and low pressured, which I appreciated.

Jerry and Eric are a great team. They saw indications of a leak in our old
system and worked hard to find the cause. They took the time to talk about the options and the timing for a new system as we head into a house remodel.
For at least 15 years we have used Scottsdale Air for heating and cooling and we have always been impressed with the great people….. from the office staff to the technicians.

Matt from Scottsdale Air was very professional and friendly. When he got here, he heard our concerns, went right to work, and explained everything he did. He followed up with an email which explained all the work he did and some concerns. We will use Scottsdale Air in the future and will highly recommend them.

We had 4 new Trane units installed, one being on the roof that required a crane. The crew was on-time, skilled, professional, and pleasant. They carefully protected our stone floors when bringing in equipment. Impressed with their engineering skills, teamwork, and polite manner. A few months after, one of the units had a wire miscommunication. Service completed within 24 hours. Their after hours staff was helpful and professional. Repair man fixed the problem and educated us on the issue. This company has excellent customer service...it's evident the workers respect their management team and enjoy their jobs.

We recently had an issue with our A/C unit. We've been customers of Scottsdale Air for 10 years and called them. As usual, Scott, from Scottsdale Air, who has been servicing our unit for 8 years came out and identified the problem right away. He fixed it promptly and we were back up and running in no time. I feal confident for the upcoming summer heat! Thanks Scott!

$75 System Check-up revealed Air Handler for Living Room & Kitchen was not working and stuck at 80 degrees. Follow-up recommended. No follow-up response from Scottsdale Air. House still hot!

The sales person, Eric, wrote up the invoice with the wrong A/C unit. It was installed and we only noticed it when it did not operate like our other energy saving unit. We have not heard back from the office at Scottsdale Air to resolve this issue. Otherwise, they were very easy and great to work with.

So far I'm very happy with Scottsdale air service. All the technicians that came to my condo have been very professional and very attentive. I hope management appreciates their good work.
