Scottsdale Air Heating & Cooling

Called Scottsdale Air based on reviews and seeing their vehicles around our neighborhood. First call was on a Thursday. They said someone would call us back that day but we never heard back so I called again Monday. They were apologetic and sent someone that day. He said he fixed the issue but as soon as he left my husband checked and it was still actively leaking in the house. I called and asked if someone else could come take a look they said they would send someone Tuesday morning. I called late Tuesday afternoon to see if anyone was coming and they did not have us on the schedule, again they were apologetic and able to get someone out before the end of the day. He did a little more work and investigation than the first person but again told us it was fixed and again we discovered it was not right after he left (my bad for not checking while he was there). I understand it is an old system and may not be fixable but I would rather know that than have fake fixes.

Bonz is my guy at Scottsdale Air! Calls when he's on his way, explains exactly what he would be doing and even showed me the before/after work that was done which I very much appreciate. We installed our A/C unit 1 year ago and you wouldn't believe the amount of dust/dirt it collects. Signed up for the maintenance agreement. thanks, Bonz!

I can’t even begin to state how wonderful this company is. As I manage a place of business they came to my rescue. It was later in the day, our AC went out and we had deadlines to achieve for our Roofing company. I made a phone call to another company. They stated they could not get to us until the next day. I found Scottsdale Air conditioning called and spoke with Christine, within moments she confirmed I would have a technician at our place of business within the hour. The level of professionalism, empathy and efficiency is over the top. Thank you from our team to yours
