We had to replace our old HVAC recently during a remodel and Mike (full disclosure: we are neighbors of the owner) and his team were very helpful with our situation. We needed to get the new (4-ton Trane system) installed while keeping the old system running for a bit. The electrical to our home was 3-phase (yes, it was) and the old HVAC was 3-phase. It was early summer and we asked that they install the new system alongside the old. We were then able to install our new electrical service (single phase) and perform the cut-over from the old to the new within hours thanks to Scottsdale Air's eagerness to make it happen smoothly.

From the people in the office to the crew that worked up in our attic, everyone was great. We're also having them put the finishing touches on the system once the renovation is nearly complete. Mike even came out to help me design the rest of the system and helped me figure out how to prepare for the finish work.

I would highly recommend Scottsdale Air for your HVAC needs. We're customers for life.

We live across the street from Scott, one of their Service managers, and he helped us decide to go with Scottsdale Air (after we got 3 other bids) Eric Johnson came over to talk to us, and as a sales person myself, I was prepared for the hard sell. Imagine my surprise, when he asked where the attic access was & got up in the attic and poked around, made notes, took pictures. I had an idea of what level of HVAC I wanted to go with (as cost was a concern). I had done my own research prior, & wasn't really interested in the high end stuff because I thought for sure I wouldn't get my money back. He did load calcs, listened to the concerns we had about hot spots, and went over equipment choices, available rebates, energy consumption (my biggest concern), helped me do cost comparisons, and answered every question I had. I have knowledge of the industry based on my career, and he was completely respectful of it. He spent a lot of time looking to solve the issues we had, without adding additional expense (which we thought would happen). He is very knowledgeable, and is a master at his job. He didn't oversell or try to upsell anything we weren't interested in. After listening to our concerns. he came up with some good ideas, which were implemented and so far, they are working out perfectly! With our old unit, we would have turn the volume up on the TV about 10 notches, every time it kicked on. Our new unit is so quiet, I have to go look and see if it's still running. The installers were great too. They were respectful to me, and to my home. They cleaned up and avoided messes if they could. They explained our new thermostat, and filter changing, the app for the Tstat (and I love apps and gadgets!) etc. I was very impressed. I'm 100% thrilled, and look forward to saving on my energy bill. Call Eric Johnson/Scottsdale Air, he's your man if you want a new energy efficient unit. (Scott's pretty cool too.)

When my heater wasn't working on a Friday morning I called 6 other companies in the area and the soonest they could do was Monday or Tuesday. My 7th attempt was speaking with Jacque at Scottsdale Air Heating & Cooling. She came off as super friendly, professional, and polite. Within two hours their tech Dave came to my condo, simple wiring fix. Within 20 minutes he had left. Great company! Ill be sure to spread the word.

Mike's crew once again delivered above and beyond expectations. The new unit is not only off the roof, it's quieter, more efficient and works so much better. It's hard to describe something as simple as comfort, but that is the word I would use to describe our new HVAC equipment, the whole house is just comfortable and QUIET!

It’s not often I am impressed enough to write a review about a service provider. When I needed expert advice about HVAC ducting for our room addition, I called Scottsdale Air. First, I spoke with Robin. When I wasn’t sure how to articulate information I was looking for, she somehow knew exactly what to ask me so I could further explain it. Within an hour, the owner, Mike, called me and offered to drop by to take a look at the layout of our addition. The next day, he spent nearly an hour at our house going over the plans, explaining how to determine which size HVAC system I needed and answering all of my questions – I had a lot! He explained what I needed to do to maximize efficiency of the system and showed me where to install all of the registers. I could not have done it without him and I was impressed with his knowledge and willingness to spend so much time helping me. That kind of service is hard to find these days! I highly recommend Scottsdale Air to anyone considering a new HVAC or needing help with repairs. FIVE STARS!

I recently bought a home that was built in 1979. The house desperately needed to be modernized and upgraded to today's energy efficient standards.

As I began to plan the renovation project I was referred to Scottsdale Air by one of their previous customers. I had them come out to consult with me on the best course of action for the existing air system in the house. Their recommendations were spot on with what needed to be done, and they even mentioned a few cost conscience options as well that made perfect sense. The Scottsdale Air team came in and completely reducted, and redesigned the air drop openings throughout the entire house. The full renovation is now completed, and the HVAC system is now far more efficient and effective than the old system, and we love it!

The Scottsdale Air team was highly skilled, professional, courteous, and left no mess or sign that they had even been in the house after thei work was complete.
